I am very impressed with Job Leads and the free resume review service. I did not know what to expect initially as I have not ever used this service before nor was I familiar with Job Leads. I am not currently signed up for a premium edition but tried out the free review and am so thankful for my resume expert, Claudia's professional review and feedback. The points made were very helpful and I know now how to clean up my current resume to establish a good baseline. To make it even better I am considering the other tools I see that say they can help me build it to be better and I'm inclined to give that a try based on this positive experience!

Job leads recieve 2 stars, if i didnt recieve my full refund they would hve gotten one star. This service is designed to scam. They charge you money to apply for a job, then you pay and suddenly the job is expired. And then I didnt use the service and they took $80 out of my account. After backwards and forwards emails, they refunded half of my money, then after more back and forth emails i eventually got my refund. They did not want to give me this refund though, which shows that jobleads is a company designed to take your money, it's not designed to provide a good service...not in the slightest.

Irrelevant emails not even in my state, 15 to 30 emails per day, 480 unsubscribed contacted customer service who now deny it's them and still it occurs daily.
Use them you will be bombarded and harassed with non applicable content daily

I genuinely believed I was signing up for a simple 14-day trial at a cost of $2.99, and I was not made clearly aware that this would automatically convert into a recurring paid membership unless cancelled in advance. If this was mentioned, it was not sufficiently prominent during the sign-up process.
Why do you automatically charge? Shouldn't you charge once we confirm that we want to continue the membership?
I request that you consider issuing a one-time goodwill refund of the $75.

I subscribed to a Premium membership with JobLeads and canceled it on December 21,2024, the same day I first accessed the platform, as confirmed by their own email. Despite this, they continued to charge unauthorized monthly amounts, totaling over 805 SAR + 22 euros (approximately 223 euros). I wrote to customer service.
I initially had a negative experience, but I'm happy to say that everything was resolved in a positive and professional way. After raising my concerns, the team was responsive and helpful — we clarified the situation, and I received a full refund.
I truly appreciate their willingness to listen and make things right.
