Over the last from 10+ years, I've placed several orders with Jiffy Shirts, and I've always had a great experience. They ship quickly, and the products are authentic. On the rare occasion a blank arrived with damage (such as a stain) the folks at Jiffy were great about getting a replacement to me ASAP. I T-shirts from Jiffy pretty regularly. These guys do an awesome job. My last order consisted of about 22-23 shirts and they were placed in the box according to size. It really is the simple things in life that make you happy. Thank you, that one small thing made it easy for me to get through my t-shirt order without a lot of confusion.
I have used jiffy for several years to order shirts. This time I ordered a shirt and hat and was very pleased as usual. I also recently tried their transfer service and the transfer design I sent them was made into a super simple to apply transfer! It looks great and is holding up in the wash well. The only problem for me is that it's expensive to ship.
One of the best things about jiffy is the speed they use to send their products to me. I can count on it not taking a week but only a few days if not overnight.
Usually I would receive my order on the date of expected, However lately I have been receiving my orders a day after expected and just recently with my last order I won't be receiving my order until days after expected. Being a tshirt maker who lives a rural area, I depend so much on shipping and I love to use jiffy, however I need more reliability with receiving my orders. I am not able to jump in my car and go to the nearest craft shop. I'm currently waiting for an order now for transfers but the garments I ordered won't make it to me until Monday. By then the customers won't even need the product so guess what I'll be stuck with material that are custom and even more my customers maybe won't be able to receive their order that they so graciously drowned on me to create.
I ordered a gang sheet on a Saturday and it said it would be delivered Tuesday. It's now Friday and still no delivery. I no longer need the Dtf because the event has passed. Delivery is not quick as promised.
It has gotten better expect the print options I feel like since you changed to print perfect option I have to pay more to ensure they are good and that the basic quality when downhill which has me shopping around to save more money
While I have had several orders that have been delayed by several days, I will say their customer service and problem solving skills are top notch. Their products and pricing are always very competitive. They also offer free shipping at a much lower threshold than many other companies.
My orders are always late. Every order has some type of warehouse delay, which costs me time and money. You have no customer service phone number to call to find out what the delay is and when it will ship and arrive.
I had ordered shirts for a specific event since you guys had the best options in price for rush delivery. Once I had received the shirts the day before the event there was an issue with the background the way the shirts were printed, and they turned out unusable for my event unfortunately however the customer service was wonderful and help get everything resolved
Usually I'm very impressed with the dtf transfers but this time around I'm not sure what happened. The print and press came out beautifully. The transfers however were already separating from the film before I manually pressed it. Hoping this was a hiccup because the company does a great job

Easiest solution for me was just to replace the order with the correct graphics. My son loved both sweaters tho so I consider this a win lol Update honestly best customer service experience ever. I'll definitely be getting all our sports gear from this site from now on. Custom sweaters and T-shirts to support all my littles. Thank you Jiffy for exceeding my expectations. I have an emergency response team that I provide uniform "shirts" to while working in the field. I was having them custom printed and shipped 4 x a year to keep up with the changing temperatures and the use my team was going through. Jiffy is my go to for apparel. I have stopped doing the DTF as there was too many inconsistencies with color and quality. I love the vinyl stickers. Those look nice with solid colors. Apparel is always great. Very rare any issues. Will there be a program for apparel like the DTFs for earning credits?

Usually, jiffy is amazing. This past order has been a nightmare. It was a jiffymade order. Shipping was delayed without any notification of why. Then, the warehouse pulled one for quality control and shipped the rest. I received the bulk of the order and one was a mess so I reached out for a replacement. I'm STILL waiting for my 2 replacement shirts 12 days later. Even worse is the lack of communication so I have no idea where we are at in this process.
