The products themselves smell really good. The candles and the aroma beads. I wasn't too impressed with the wax tarts, but the body scrub was also very good. Items can get a bit pricey. The rings are costume jewelry and a few of them turned my fingers green. They also seem to take longer and longer to fulfill the orders. My current order is now over a week and I still don't have it. These make nice gifts though.
The candles don't put out a huge scent. You have to burn them for hours to at least smell it somewhat. It was a fun idea, I ordered one for myself and daughter for Christmas and we each received a $15 ring. I was happy with the product, maybe I need to try a different scent next time!
I was a little hesitant to try Jewelscent because of the price and I had tried other companies advertising similar products. One of my friends gave me some wax tarts to try and a bath bomb. I'm so in LOVE with these products! What gets me the most is that my mom and daughter can use them. They have a lot of issues with allergies and eczema. The cream and bath bombs are DEFF worth paying a buck or two extra for! Really shows you get what you pay for! And the jewerly is GORGEOUS! Customer service has been good about resolving the issue I had with one of my back ordered items as well!

Liked the concept of jewelry in candles. I had ordered 4 candles and got pretty rings in it. There smell is nice too.
I bought an e-gift card for my daughter-in-law for her birthday. Bought it on 6/29 and the money came out of my bank on 6/30. Her birthday was 7/3, and no gift card came. It's now 7/8, and I am still trying to get them to send it, and cannot get them on the phone. The phone rings, then you press 1, then the music comes on, and they tell you there's nobody available to answer the call and ask you to leave your name and phone number and email. I have called many times over several days and have yet to have reached them when I called. Too much hassle for me. I will not be doing any further business with this company!
I signed up to be a jewell scent consultant over a month ago. I tried to contact my sponsor thru fb and sent her an email ( Lee Hardy) she has not gotten back to me in over a month... I called the company 5 days ago ( no one answers the phone, I tried several times to call) left a message for them to call me... no call back... one of the candles did smell lovely... but the rest was junk... and thier rings... cheap and ugly... not happy at all! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Jewelscent has amazing products! I was buying it so much that I decided to become a consultant and spread my love for this company! Our candles smell great and fill up the whole house! The bath bombs are seriously the best! I even love the rings! I wear them every day. I've never sold anything before this but decided to because I loved the company so much. Jewelscent takes care of their customers because they want everyone to be happy and keep coming back. If you have an issue they will do their best to correct the problem. The negative feedback on here does not sound like anything I have dealt with or that my customers have dealt with. I would be glad to help any one who has any questions.

I purchased a hope candle for my mom after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She loved it and bought me one, after that I bought a few for myself. The highest ring value I have received is $66. I have a raspberry crush burning in my office, and I get comments down the hall about how strong smelling it is. I love these candles! I may start trying a soap or a body scrub!
I am addicted to all of their products. I have gotten some pretty amazing rings which are a great "bonus".
The bath bombs are very luxurious and help keep my very dry skin moisturized without any irritation.

I am a consultant and customer. I love the products and the rings. So far my favorite candles are Bamboo Rain and Enchanted Mist. I really want Drangons Blood but every time I go to order it its out of stock. One of these times I will get lucky and it wont be. I also have a customer that is very addicted to JewelScent. Jewelscent candles are amazing! The scent beats Big name brand hands down. Love the soaps, body scrub and body cremes also. It is like cracker jacks for adults! They have a scent for everyone. Products are shipped well! If a broken item arrives they replace asap no issues. Best customer service! Postal service is not easy on packages. It does happen on occasion.
I ordered a candle, matching wax tart and bath bomb for my wife. Although, I knew the odds of getting a real expensive jewel was real low, my wife was excited more about finding the prize. I see all these people upset that the ring wasn't real. The boxes tell you the rings start at $15... what did you expect? (even real jewelry can turn you green - it's the acid in your body) My wife keeps telling me I will be in the doghouse if I don't order again!
I am in Love with the body scrubs and body creme. Excited about the idea that a ring is inside and I love all the rings I have received so far. I had to order another body scrub and body creme for my 17 year old daughter who took mine after she too realized how awesome they make your skin feel. My shower will never be without my new favorite body scrub!
This is the first time using this brand. Burned the candle (which was strongly scented and smelled absolutely great) but when I was able to retrieve the ring, though wrapped, the ring itself is completely covered in melted wax. The stone is a cloudy mess! Definitely moving back to the Fragrant Jewels company!
I got bathbombs for my little girl. She loves them! They dissolve slowly so she is able to enjoy watching them "fizzle" while she plays. The fragrance flows throughout the house & since she uses lavender its very calming.
The bath bombs that I got was amazing. Smelled great, didnt leave the tub oily like most does. Prices of these and others are great. You cant really beat the price. They are wonderful gifts as I have learned.
I absolutely love these products, not every scent is for every person but all of my friends and I find several scents and products we like. I have friends who get excited over the rings every time they get a new product. I have never had an issue with delivery, it got a little slower during the christmas rush but that's expected and happens to every company I deal with. I would reccommend this company to everyone
