I placed an order in Feb, after about 3 weeks I called and spoke with a customer service rep who said the items were on backorder and would be in the first week of april. Its May and I still have not received anything - have called and emailed repeatedly but no response. I see now that they are not BBB accredited and have many complaints filed with BBB. I have ordered with them in the past and never had a problem, even with returns and exchanges. SAD and MAD...

Worst ever

REALLY?!

SIX pieces of Plus Sized Wink scrubs for $110 DELIVERED in less than a week (and that's not a clearance price). The closest I could come with another company was $25 more and they didn't have the sizes and colors that I needed. I've never heard of Jen's Scrubs, but I'll be passing the word since our employer makes us wear white!

Wonder Wink Four Stretch

Customer No Service
March 25, 2016

Ordered scrubs several weeks ago. Got partial order 2 weeks ago. I have emailed almost everyday with no reply. I finally got in touch with them by phone LAST FRIDAY 3/17th they swore my scrubs were out for delivery that day well here it is 03/25 STILL MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED!

I've had nothing but problems with this website. Called over 50 times to try to contact someone to cancel a large order since after weeks I hadn't heard anything back regarding the order (my card was charged), every department on their automated phone system was the same message-leave a message and someone will call you back. Tried emailing, Facebook messaging, PayPal messaging and NOTHING. They are crooks. And if the business comments back on this message to "call and resolve the issues at such and such number" IVE TRIED THAT AND YOU PEOPLE NEVER ANSWER! Horrible business.
