Your site claims delivery in 14 days. Well Its been one month and three weeks and still no delivery. You get the same scripted reply when questioning them which is you will receive an email when your item is shipped. The first time this happened I thought it was probably a one time deal so I made a second order. Well half of my items are still not here. Horrible, horrible company and as much as I like their deals I will never order from them again and will tell everyone to beware of them.
I ordered from choxi this past Christmas for my daughter who is visiting in Tx. She was happy and pleased with her presents. She received her items before Christmas also, except for one she received the day after. I have always been satisfied with the deals and service that choxi/formerly nomorerack has provided. The $2.00 flat rate shipping is really nice and the offers for free shipping, also the $10.00 off for sharing with friends, if your friend buys something, you get $10.00 off your next purchase, ect. I have been a satisfied customer for at least 2 yrs. Or more.
Ordered 3 products and more than a month later received emails that 2 of them will not be shipping and the third is still in limbo. They offer compensation for my trouble of 25% of each order but only if my refund is a store credit - not refunded to my credit card. Total BS. I dont need to fund their operation, they need to get it right and put customers first.
I ordered some stuff from choxi almost a month ago and I'm still waiting on some of it to ship out. I have talked to customer service multiple times and they keep giving me the runaround. I will not order from them again no matter how good the prices are.
If you want the things they have, it's great. I've had a couple of times where what I wanted, and had purchased before, were not available.
But in the usual case, it's there, you just have to look or search.
Can't beat the prices, and fast shipping at reasonable cost.
I placed my first order with jClub today and realized I made a mistake on entering the discount code. First off I did not have to wait very long before I was able to speak with an agent, Evita. She quickly understood my problem and reviewed my order and painstakingly (on her part), went into each product that I ordered and adjusted the price to reflect the discount. I have dealt with many Customer Service agents but none of them compare to the professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy that Evita displayed. I will be using jClub first for any of my future needs because of this experience and urge others to do so as well.
I had gotten one part of my order really quick, just like I normally do from you but something went wrong with my second part and I didn't get it for maybe close to a month. Its not a reason that will prevent me from shopping with Choxi again though.
I have ordered a few things from Choxi so far. I was nervous at first because of some pretty bad reviews but I really can't complain. The quality is variable and generally I'd say you get what you pay for. I love the Dawgs I got but the featherweight cardigans look cheap. Overall a positive experience. I will continue to shop Choxi but I will be more careful about investigating quality before purchasing.
I have been a regular customer for several years. I always find great deals, and have often liked an item so much that I have returned and ordered the same item again, for myself and others! This has included jewelry, lamps, and boots. While shipping is only $2 per item, the free shipping for three hours almost every day (with rotating times, helpful for various work schedules) is a definite plus. And I have often received an offer for $10 off a $40+ purchase, usually good for 48-72 hours. Lots of reasons to keep coming back!
This site guarantees that your items will be shipped within 10 business days. It has now been about six weeks and I still have not received all of the items that I've ordered. They took my money, but never sent me my stuff. When I contact them they say that the items are on back order. I never want to order from them again, and neither should you.
I have ordered from Choxi many times lately their vendors are not sending what it shows on there website. You end up having to ship it back. Getting a direct answer from Management does not happen expeditiously. I have started looking elsewhere.
Was very disappointed in the operation of this I pad. Very slow. The only thing this is good for is getting your mail. Forget about playing games, or watching videos. Slow loading... A piece of junk! Would send it back, but a waste of time and money,, will put it on the shelf were my other one that I purchased a year ago... Never again
Misled on merchandise shipping, assign wrong tracking number to an item on different order, customer service gives standard replies to every inquiry, they have no control over suppliers, cannot provide accurate ship dates and very poor customer service to address these issues.
Received 3 of 4 items in time for Christmas. No problem with placing the order. I wish the shopping cart could hold items for a little while. I got knocked off the internet and had to start all over. Other than that, no problems or complaints.
Ordered a cat tree for my new kitten and have not had a email or any messages about my order. Looks like its in limbo but they got my payment because I looked on my cc account and there it is. I will be contacting the cc company and disputing this charge if my item does not get delivered to me in a few days.
Being a loyal customer, I try to look at all sides before making a statement but lately I haven't gotten my last two orders. I have went to a new internet hosting and just wondering if that is the cause. I like them for their prices
I love the item except for one thing. The over the door hangers are too short. They need to be 6" longer so I can see more than the top of my head in the mirror. The item came packed fairly well, nothing broken or bent and arrived when it was supposed to.
I really enjoy purchasing items since prices are reasonable and shipments arrive in a timely manner. I also like the speedy response when I have a question due to an item that is in transit but yet has not arrived. Keep up the good work as I have mentioned your site to friends.
I placed an order on March 7,2016 and had to call 3 x's to find out the status of my order. I felt that I was just getting put off each time I called, so I finally cancelled the order after waiting for over 20 business days. I was very satisfied with how fast I received my full refund. Hence the 4 stars. However, for customer service I would only rate Choxi as 2 stars.
I have been a loyal customer of Nomorerack for almost two years, now that they have changed over to Choxi, I have found some changes not very convenient, such as not being able to pay with Paypal or orders not showing up right away, or confusing customer service communication. I will however give them credit for maintaining good products, and good prices.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
