There was a delivery issue and I was totally on my own to pursue it with the post office as customer service at Choxi offered no help when they were contacted. The items I ordered were a very low price so it also made sense to order during the time of day when they have free shipping.
I've ordered and received several items from clothing to kitchen appliances to novelties. I've been very happy with most of them. Prices are good but one has to read carefully the product descriptions. For instance a picture may show a clothing item and it looks like 100% cotton, read for that in the description.
I shop here quite frequently. I like the variety of products and the great prices. Customer service is ok. They respond to your concerns rather quickly. Most products seem to ship out in a timely manner.
Everything I have bought I have loved and the few things that had to be returned due to wrong size or color etc. I never had a problem they sent me my return label or I got 1 with my order Choxi's (nomorerack.com) is where I will always go when I want to buy clothes or just about anything they have it all and you can not beat their prices any where.
The products are good and priced well. What I have issues with is the website. When you click on an item to read more about it, then go back to the deals page, everything is in different places. You either start over at the top of the page or continue scrolling and hope you didn't miss something.
I have purchased 3 of these with Choxi. Totally an awesome experience. Shipped fast and in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the quality and great price. Best of all, they are working like charms..
I ordered some expandable belts. I have ordered them in the past. They are a good product at a reasonable price. I accidentally ordered them again but pressed order twice. I only wanted one. I immediately called customer service. The person with whom I spoke knew very little english and was very hard to understand. I finally spoke to a supervisor who said he would reverse the transactions. He did after about 3 weeks.
I've been shopping here for quite a few years.and just like any store whether online or otherwise there are issues. I contacted customer service and all of my issues were resolved in a reasonable time. I recommend choxi to all my family and friends...
I ordered these dresses in a size larger than I normally take because I recently had shoulder surgery and thought they would allow me to get dressed without a lot of hassle... WRONG, they are ankle length the fabric is ok... but they are very difficult to pull on and get straightened out... I finally gave up and gave them to my daughter who wears a size 8 and they worked great for her.
I loved the silver bangle, excellent quality. Unfortunately, it's much smaller both in width and diameter than it appeared on line. Won't fit me and I DO NOT have a large wrist. However, it's so pretty I decided to gift it to my goddaughter.
I ordered (5) items and to dated I've received (4). I am worried that this last item won't be received in time. Could you please check the status of this item and let me know if it is back-ordered or the expected delivery date.
Waited a month for 2-pack: LED Wheel Lights (Pink) and still did not receive them. I had to e-mail Choxi twice to inquire about my items. There should be some checks and balances in place since the left hand (Choxi) don't know what the right hand (distributing companies) is doing! Then again, I guess there is really no concern since Choxi don't refund any money. A win win for them! Choxi provide credits toward a next order and if you don't order then you lose again.
These boots were exactly as described. I normally wear an 8.5 so ordered size 9 as suggested (no half sizes). Size 9 fit perfectly. The pile lining is thick and very warm. I rolled the top down a little for a cute look. Color is great. Ordered the chocolate brown for my daughter and she wears them practically everyday. They're very comfortable.
I have been shopping with Choxi for about a year and am extremely happy with the products that I've received. It's always fun to browse their offerings and the prices are great! Some of my favorite items have been Swarovski crystal jewelry pieces, which I always receive compliments on. They are also very generous with their $10 off coupons. I love Choxi!

I got several emails along with a link to a return label to send cheap no good items back. However, there were numerous of directions that made no sense to me. Such as, make sure I pack items in original box with tags from the items. Look here, when I got my items, I thought theses were were mine to keep, therefore, I did not have to store boxes and tags away as if they were some valuable treasures. Who does that?
I recently returned two items. While I would have preferred a monetary refund instead of credit to my account, I used it hopefully choosing items that will be satisfactory upon arrival. But I know I can return them if not.
My first order with Choxi included two items, one I received within 14 days and the other reached 20 days and still had not arrived.
I contacted customer service and at least 3 people replied back to me almost immediately and over the next few days with follow up info.
My second item was no longer available and my money was refunded.
I was thrilled to receive my bicycle "basket" so that I can carry my little dog with me when I ride my bike. The product looks well made, but required some assembly, and there were no directions in the box! Fortunately I was able to look online and find a similar item that had directions on their website. I have yet to try it out on my bike, but am confident that it will be great! Minor annoyance..
When I contact Choxi about my order 2 weeks after, they we concerned & quickly got into action to find out why.
Most of my items were delivered within another 2 weeks, but 2 had to be cancelled and I received a refund minus a supposed discount I used. I felt the refund should have been in full since I had already been waiting so long & not my fault the party involved could not fulfill my order.
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
