I ordered two of the red jeeps one day apart from each other.
The 1st one came on time the 2nd 1 I received tracking every day until the day it was supposed to arrive. Seller claims that I ordered the 2nd one by mistake and canceled it without my knowledge.
I am still waiting for my refund for the 2nd one furthermore when I went to assemble the 1st 1 the tires are hard plastic not rubber like advertised. Seller emailed me back and said they were foam tires, they are clearly very hard plastic not foam or rubber.
I have also been trying to call them since Tuesday today is Thursday afternoon and I only get voicemail or it rings and rings nobody ever picks up. This is false advertising and customer service is horrible.
Thanks to seller and walmart, little car is exactly what we expected good product for the money my child was happy with it. Nice seller response.

I can't begin to tell you all the problems I have had trying to return a very expensive item back to them, including getting my credit card company involved and Amazon. This company doesn't return phone calls, emails through Amazon. Their answering machine is full! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, the worst I have ever dealt with!
