I placed an order for 2 different Epson printers and I guess Due to availability the order was split and came in multiple shipments. There was one part of the order that was confusing where a set of color inks was marked cancelled but to my surprise came about a week later. With that I received my complete order. These delays are unusual for IT supplies but it could have been due to the covid19 virus quarantines which were starting at that time. But I was pleased that in the end they came through and fulfilled my ink needs. Now I'm set for any quarantine situation.

19 Jan 2015 - Follow-up comments: I got the printer and had to call ColorHQ with some setup questions. They couldn't answer the questions directly but were very courteous, put me in contact with Canon and told me that if Canon couldn't help to call them back. Talking with Canon, I found my problem was an unusual case of user error (aka, I biffed it) After a little re-training all worked as advertised. So, can't fault ColorHQ for having no solution; their support was professional, patient and good.
My first purchase from ColorHQ went well, I'll come back to them again for relevant products.
First order, one of three packages was shipped. So I reordered two more. When the order was finally delivered, I found that the original two that I DID indeed order were in the box with the two NEW boxes of the same product. But they never notified me that the first shipment was backordered on the packing slip, or in email. So I thought it was my mistake.
Not a big deal, since I can use the additional product. But it was kind of messed up.
Hence the three stars.
No convenient way to see wish list or items previously ordered. You really need to look at the flow. If I look at an old order to see what I ordered before, and then add it to my cart or wishlist, I should be able to easily go back to that order to pick other items.

Jim Memije is a great rep and should be recognized for his outstanding service to date. I will be purchasing a Canon IPF 8400 in August or September to take advantage of the $800 rebate offer.

The paper I ordered wasn't going to be in stock for a week and IT Supplies contacted me to let me know. I talked with them and ordered a paper that was in stock. Good customer service and communications!
ColorHQ's customer support, and technical support is second to none! During my pre purchase research i had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ryan. I'm a pro photographer with little little to zero in-house printing experience. Jim walked me thru a personal setup consultation, and Bob helped me match papers with my printing goals, and client needs. I'm blown away by their midwest hospitality, technical support, and sincere desire to have their customers 100% satisfied! I'm also impressed beyond belief with their custom profile services, and attn to details. They always answer the phone with a smile, and go the extra mile...buying a canon IPF6400 is not an inexpensive purchase... with todays lack of personal service in the industry...It's a total no brainer when deciding whom to spend your hard earned dollars with! Kudos to ColorHQ's Ryan, Jim and Bob!
Your new website is something of a mess. I had to log on 3 times before it took my new password. I would have given up and shopped elsewhere if I hadn't been so satisfied in the past.
ITS has always been totally reliable, in this instance the one cartridge I was totally out of was backordered and didn't arrive in time for me to complete an order (I was fortunate to be able to borrow a cartridge from a fellow photographer). If it said it was backordered on the site, I missed it and by the time I received the invoice it was too late.
My call to ColorHQ was to help me understand technical differences in some of their products. The two people who spoke with me were extremely helpful, informative, and patient with my questions. They were so well versed in the products they represent that I could not imagine why I would shop any further, so I made a purchase from ColorHQ. The whole experience involved some of the best customer service I've had from any retailer and I will not hesitate to order again from ColorHQ next time I need a PC Monitor, Printer, or associated products. Two thumbs up!
I had a couple of problems with mandatory fileds "Country" and "State" in the billing information form, that did not allow Italy, and then for characters accepted in the "Comments" box, that required me to write everything again.
