I had to contact the twice to get an address for my return, they wouldn't give me the address, they wanted to give me an exchange or discount, when I insisted on an address, they wanted a picture of the rings with the tag on.
Finally gave me a California address. They had my return 3 weeks with still no refund.
I got PayPal involved and they claimed I sent the rings to the wrong address.
After sending PayPal all of my correspondence with this company, I received my refund in one day.

0 stars! I bought 2 pieces. First: Cheap jewelry that falls apart as soon as you put it on. Second: i wanted to return one once i got it bc it was not like the pictures and the tag was already torn off and was shoved in the box. When i tried to return it they said they would not take it bc the tag was torn. They also a people that you cant even communicate with and they cant understand you and you cant understand them. Worst products and company ever! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

I ordered something a few months back. They gave me a tracking number which i put in to the USPS tracking system showed me that it was being prepared at point of origing. The status did not change for about a month and a half. I try and insert the tracking number given to me and what do you know?! The tracking number is not good, information for this number not found. I contacted Italo via messenger. I engaged in a conversation with a robot, I'm sure of it. They then provided me with the a different tracking number and the same lame messages they have been sending me for months. Blaming covid. I asked for a refund they offered me earrings. I again asked for a refund they offered me a 10 dollar discount. At this point I gifted them money and I suppose I will live with that. The point of my review is to spare anyone else spending the money with this company and wasting their time.

They kept my ring and my money, so I have no photos to show you, do not use them, I will never order from them, they are in Hong Kong but will tell you they are in California, you can't get them on the phone and if you do they can hardly speak English, and just keep saying the same things over and over and over again.
The pieces all look too big so not at all credible.

Nothing makes a girl happy more than jewelley, and if it is stylish and beautiful, it's fantastic. This website is bests for stylish jewellery with best material. I ordered 4 rings for my friend's. They liked it a lot. I will surely buy jewwelery from this website iin the future.
I have contacted them to get either a replacement ring or an envelope to mail this one back (without me paying a ton for shipping) to get the ring repaired- within one week the stone came out while my girfriend was relaxing in bed.
I am awaiting to see if they will send me a new ring or fix this one without charging me because the WARRANTY stated any manufacturer defects would be covered and this definitely would be considered one.
My order was from paypal *******@gmail.com and I emailed them about the issue - if they resolve it I will change this feedback to a positive one but until then i will leave this review up so others are warned.
Paid March 20th, received later in april and stone was out within 7 days of AT HOME wearing (no hard activity no exercising no anything that could cause this)

I purchased a simulated white sapphire engagement ring and ordered a size 5 3/4. The ring was NOT true to size. I took it to a jeweler because it was so loose, and they measured it as almost a 6 1/2, so buyer beware! I like the ring, but have to have it sized down. I won't return it because I honestly wouldn't know what size to exchange it for! So size down if you're going to order from this company. They are a Chinese company too so it took two weeks for my item to arrive- not too bad but I had to contact them for the tracking since the one they emailed me did not work..
The ring in the picture on the website was beautiful even if it's not real but the actual ring arrived today and I was quite disappointed because the ring I received does not look like the picture I believe I have bought prettier rings for $10 off of other websites and the fact that this one was over $100 is devastating!
Buyer BEWARE. Italio is cheap, low quality jewerly. It will take over 2 months to receive the jewerly because its shipped from China. Then when you realize the quality is so bad and try to return, they will try to offer discounts to keep the jewerly. This will go on for several days. Then they will allow you to return. When you provide the tracking # with return email, they will ask for it again because they can't find it. It will take over 4 months from purchase to return, to receive your credit. Go to Amazon, their CZ Collection is beautiful receive in 2 days, and if you don't like, refund is instant when picked up by UPS
