This is an absolute scam place with no professional ethics. I ordered a couple of things for my mom's birthday and had the worst experience ever. At first, when my sister called them to enquire about the time of delivery they said it would be delivered by evening 7.00 pm. When my sister called again in the evening no one picked the called. Next morning an extremely rude customer care executive answered the call with absolutely no attitude to help but she mentioned the cake could be delivered that day ( a day after it was scheduled for) if we still want it. Then in the evening when we called again, they said that our area is out of scope for delivery and they won't refund the money but give us a voucher! First of all it could them 2 days to realise that( why did you accept the order in the first place then?) and how/why will I use a voucher from a shop which doesn't deliver to my place and is not anywhere nearby located.

The India cake company is a big fraud in itself. They initially promise a lot many things but at the time of performance they do not perform in accordance with their commitment. They do not even bother to consider the customers complaint. I have made an order for the first time from them they have delivered incomplete order with below standard quality and cheap products and charged way more than the products actual cost. They reverted a sorry mail for incomplete delivery but no refund or compensation is received from them. I tried calling them many times but they didn't provided any assistance and asked to write a mail. I have written a mail 3 times which is again ignored by them. Have reported the same in consumer forum and FSSAI still they are least bothered. Highly disappointed with the product as well as the services.

Advise for all never choose India Cake even if it is the last option available.

They charge you extra for delivery on particular slot. Lot of reasons were given for not delivering until evening. After some they stopped picking up our call and do not refund your money back. They delivered by the end of the day when they were supposed to order in the morning. I just added an extra star because when they stopped picking our call, we lost all hope of the delivery of the cake.

I had ordered a cake on 30th of may they charged extra 275 for delivery and never delivered, now when i called they says they will keep that money and cant deliver the item, customer service is pathetic, they will disconnect the call if they dont have answers for your queries so rude and pathetic way of communication. No refund only gift cards and that too cant be used in most of the locations, i would rather call them scammers instead of ecommerce.

I have ordered from India cakes twice or thrice. Their services are satisfactory. The quality of their products is also up to the mark, though the delivery could get delayed for few minutes but that can be overlooked if we consider the quality that they maintain. I really like their midnight delivery services as it saved me from a huge embarrassment once. I guess Indiacakes is a brand you can trust.

Indiacakes is a scam website. I have ordered a cake for my dad's birthday and paid additional fees for the fast delivery. They didn't deliver the order and didn't respond to calls and emails. They didn't give the money back also.It is the worst website.It's totally fake website. If any one experienced the same thing please post reviews otherwise these guys continue this type of scams.

India Cakes pvt. Ltd is not good at all. They are doing CHEATING business with their website. Dont believe this cheaters. I am working in Canada and i ordered a Christmas cake for my parents in India. They told me they have delivery service in main cities all over india. But they did not deliver cakes and not willing to give refund. Please dear friends don't order cakes from India Cakes. I lost my money. Now they are not responding my emails and phone calls. All the best CHEATERS...

They are fraudsters... Do not buy from them. They will first attract you by giving you a discount and then once you have placed the order and made the payment, they will ask you to pay more. Even after you pay, they will not deliver or refund your money. I have experienced this myself. This is a fraud website run by CON people. Do not get trapped. Stay away for Indiacakes.

I ordered Birthday cake on 20-June-2020. But cake was not delivered yet. Even though, I wrote email to India cakes, yet not received any reply from them for cancelling my order & money refund. Also their phone line / customer care no *******2222 is not working. They have only online chat option. I conformed before booking of my order and they told that will deliver in 2-4 hrs. Still their online chat is working & asking about my past order status, they are reply on that and asking to book new order.
Its fraud company / site. Don't book cakes from India Cakes.

The cake not delivered till now even after paying for delivery charges. The delivery charge should be charged at the time of booking the cake and not make it complicated by sending mail to customer again for payment. Customer service is highly unprofessional and atrocious. They hung up call without any help four times. No one is there to help with status. Worst cake booking website and would recommend not to use the website for any bookings. Very bad experience.

I ordered a cake at 11 am in the morning for the same day, but it was not delivered. When I called India cakes they said our franchise is not picking up the call right now, so we cannot tell you the reason why it's not delivered. The lady asked me that if they can deliver it the next day, I was like are you serious? I specially ordered a cake from USA for a person living in India and you didn't deliver the cake, and you don't even have a reason why it's not delivered? After writing an email, I haven't got any answers from them and it's been two day. Very bad customer services.

Don't ever go for India cakes. They are fraudsters. You guys are really pathetic in customer service and handling. You have sent lazy design because the pic in the website is a premium cake and you were not able to make that cake and you cannot make. I am never going to order and going to post my review so that I can help people to save their money and anger. These guys have worst executive s as well to make you more angry and frustrated. They have the cake displaying on their website and once you place the order they will keep it on hold and ask for more money because they where they are going to deliver is far away but this should be intimated during booking. But no, they will not have any system setup on website to intimate customer during booking.
