Very disappointing that I can spend hours completing surveys, get right to the end and then be told I have screened out and therefore do not get the promised reward (which is usually extremely low anyway). Clearly the surveys and data are being used - the respondents are simply not being compensated for their time. Happens too often to be technical errors as inboxpounds suggests this might be the case. Waste of time contacting them as you just get a standardised reply saying they will look into it and then no further communication from them - ie. Just the usual fob off. I will not be wasting any more time with this site.

Use the website fairly often which has a fair number of surveys. Don't always qualify which is annoying at times but do have other offers and earning a bit daily with the search tool. Quick enough with their payouts as well.

Inboxpounds is a genuine survey site but it can take a long time to teach a payout - minimum £20.
Along the way you get a lot of rejections, sometimes at the end of the survey when you've spent 20 minutes inputting data, which seems to indicate they don't check their surveys before listing them.
Also found that the times to complete are underestimated, rejection rate is high and lots of surveys don't work.
All in all it would be a lot better if quality control improved. If you can put up with all the above it's genuine and does pay out.

Still waiting for the payment to be processed, I've been completing surveys for the past six years and only recently have things changed. My account has been ‘put on hold' due to ‘inconsistent answers', I've always answered honestly and complete surveys with care. It appear that answering surveys successfully isn't a popular option! Something wrong in the chain of command somewhere. I feel that it's an excuse not to issue a payment. Not impressed.

Recent changes haven't really improved the site much. Rewards for some surveys are pitifully small for the time they take. Recently I have completed a couple of surveys but have not been rewarded. There is not a simple way to report this as the surveys cannot be referred to in an identifiable way.
Rewards take too long to be processed - other survey sites manage to do this much more quickly.
Disappointed that my favoured reward (Amazon voucher) now needs you to reach £30 instead of £20 as previously.

Wasted hours of my life completing offers. Cashed out £60 in PayPal rewards, one for £10 and one for £50. I was paid the £10 but they want photo I.D for the £50 which I don't have, so I won't be getting my money.
Absolute scammers! STAY AWAY! Why would I hand over my photo I.D to some site where I have no idea how they're using it? Dodgy AF!

I've been using this website to complete surveys and get paid for them for around a year now. There's also the possibility of making money by playing games too. Surveys range in price up to £5, and the games can go up to £100, but most are around £20. These can be redeemed for vouchers or cash. This cashing out process can take 2 or 3 days.

Been with them for years. Poor value but payment always made to Paypal... until now.
After all this time they now insist I provide photo I.D. or I won't get MY money.
If, like me, you don't have a current passport or a photo driving licence then they get to keep YOUR money.

Unfortunately I have not received my Tesco voucher yet. I am still hopeful that I will. My account has been debited with the amount and I have messaged inboxpounds to try to determine the problem but have had no reply and no voucher. I find it ironic that they have sent me this request when it's so difficult to be complimentary.

Terrible experience. The original message that my voucher was available did not advise that I had only 24 hours to redeem the $20.00 Tesco voucher. Then when I tried to request a new one, they advised that my email or password was incorrect. That was not right. They then advised there was a fault in the system. I have been unable to message them. This is very disappointing as I spent many hours earning this cash.

Really disappointed not to receive the funds when cashed out.
Then get asked to leave a review! So either they are stupid or the money will eventually hit my PayPal account. If I get it then I will re do the review

The ability to make money is cool but the website and advertising is misleading. To be able to redeem any gift the website states it is a minimum "£5" required in your balance to get a gift card. Untrue! The minimum is £15 and I don't understand why the developers can't be honest. The turnaround takes too long and considering how long it takes to get to the £15 minimum, it is frustrating to get there and have to wait for the developers to get themselves in gear. It's not on! Things need to change

The surveys are varied and (mostly) interesting. You can redeem your reward from as little as £5 too, and this can add up quite quickly. There is a huge area for queries which are relevant to the surveys, the only downside I found was when I had a query relating to a payment (one off mind you!), I couldn't contact them directly easily at all. Otherwise the payments come through to you quickly (via email) and it's great being able to use them for what ever you want - a variety of reward options are available by way of gift cards.

I received this review request as I had requested a cash out, a cash out I am yet to receive: In comparison to other sites who do exactly the same thing, telling me 10 business days for a simply Paypal transfer just means your own infrastructure is lacking. I appreciate you are expecting to be dealing with a smaller audience, localising yourself to the UK, but it doesn't take over a week to setup a simple Paypal transfer.

I should add that several offers haven't tracked, so not sure what your system relies on but some app devs may not wish to pay out fees after a particular limit, so Inboxpounds.co.uk may be pushing invalid offers, absent-mindedly or maliciously.
