I've been an inbox dollars member around 4 years now. I've have had nothing but a great experience with them. Their customer service is outstanding and the correspondence is through email. I recommend them 100%. They offer a large variety of ways to earn money from offers like games shopping receipts bingo board etc. They have an active and engaging social media presence. Also they offer multiple ways to casout your earnings from gift cards to paypal.
Experience has been great since I've been being more consistent with offers Inbox literally rewarded me an unexpected bonus offer amount that had my mind blown. So I'm referring friends & family. Heck I'm waiting on my daughter & her friends to turn 18 so I can refer them. Lol. Cashout was fast next BUSINESS day.
The redemption is super easy and somewhat fast. I really wish they would bring back where you can type your own redemption amount instead of these preset amounts.
I love InboxDollars however I'm giving it a 4 star out of 5 because making decent money is kinda hard and gets harder the more your with them. A lot of surveys you get disqualified for especially in the middle of them. Also since speaking about surveys I don't think you should have to wait 30 days for payment of doing a survey. I will give them credit though cashing out is super easy however I wish they would keep paperchecks even if they have to deduct for a fee
I do surveys and am awarded change compared to the amount stated when I clicked on the survey. Very disappointed. I have been a member for years and now inbox Dollars is really going down the hill
As far as games go Monopoly in particular, never got paid for download and reaching the levels I reached
I've been using inbox for several months. At first it was ok,I made a little money, but this is the hardest site to navigate! You can't possibly get to the required levels on games to make any money, it's absolutely impossible! The surveys are useless. Customer support is basically non existent. I'll be uninstalling soon,just trying to get my last few dollars. Inbox DO BETTER!

I have two $15 American Express card and I've tried to use it on an online purchase where they accept American Express cards and the card keeps declining. I can't use the card and it's frustrating and it also keeps taking cents away from my card! Bad experience!

Inbox dollars claims to reward for game levels completed that they chose. After completing levels in two of the games and not receiving credit, I submitted the activity request form provided. As soon as the form was submitted, I received an email immediately (which was obviously an automated email) stating that I did not provide enough support to demonstrate that I completed the required levels. I followed up the response with additional screenshots and a thorough explanation of the levels completed and when I completed them. They never responded back to my request for credit! I was scammed out of $35 for reaching level 71 on Monopoly Go, and $26 for reaching levels 20 and 35 on Merge Gardens! The time I spent to achieve these goals I cannot get back! It was a complete waste and there is absolutely no reason why I wasn't credited. I have never used an app to track game progress or anything of this sort but I definitely would not recommend Inbox Dollars for this! I might try swagbucks or Benjamin's or something else, they have to be more reliable than this!
