You can win money on their game offers but they will control if you receive the cash or not! They can ask you to show proof and even when you show proof you finish an offer with photos, they will accuse you of using third party software and deny you payment!
Also you never make money on their surveys. Right before you think you're going to earn your cash on a survey, they either state sorry you didn't qualify or we found another survey more accurate for you and you start all over giving up all your personal information earning nothing in the end! 90% of the game offers show huge cash awards but are impossible to win. Like you must complete level 2,000 or even 5,000 to get the cash and an average player can get to level 50 or maybe 100 with a lot of hard work!
The below picture was from another member who was a friend of mine, who was had just added Swagbucks which is also part of inbox dollars and she started making money and they owed her, about $300 in gift cards and cash and the immediately sent her this letter without even asking or telling her why! They just deleted her account and kept her gift cards that she was owed and her cash still on her account. It's in their rules they can do that!
This app has been nothing but a joke the last few months like 6 months. Any surveys I try to take I get disqualified before I even answered questions. Wish I didn't like the concept of this app so much because I would just stop using it
It toke me so long to get $10 and almost 2 days to receive my $10. If y'all want more people to participate in these surveys then y'all need to pay more. I just do it to get a bag of chips and drink from the store when I'm out an about. Be fair it I'm a committed survey taker pay me for my time, instead I'm still getting $0.75 surveys I mean come on. Seriously!
I've been with inboxdollars for years. I absolutely love them. I love that they have several ways for us to earn money. They also make it easy to redeem the cash. I remember when they used to send checks. But, now we can choose from an array of gift cards such as Walmart and PayPal to name a couple. I'm InboxDollars for life!
I've been using InboxDollars for a very long time. I have played the games, read emails, and took the surveys and InboxDollars has always paid out as promised. Recently, I requested my biggest 'Game' payout. It inspired me to do more. Thank you InboxDollars.
Okay. So, when I first started with inboxDollars, I referred them to people. Would have people join, I liked them. I had fun with them and everything else. But then as time went by it's just redundant the same stuff over and over again. And then if you lose a phone, or it gets stolen, if you have to get into your account, if you don't have to do anything other than doing surveys cause they will for sure. Let you do those, but you're not gonna get anything unless you go through an excruciatingly. Long overwhelming process. And it is just I got to where I just I can't stand the app anymore.
Its a great place to go in your free time to do surveys for cash, or play games for cash also. They pay every time. Ive never not gotten a payment and ive made quite a bit of cash with them thanks!
Finally, a site that actually pays you for your time. You dont have to wait weeks to get your cash. Its quick, its easy, and you get real money for your time. If you apply yourself, you can make a good amount of cash in a small amount of time.
I did several reviews over a couple days and earned a decent pile of cash. Without any explanation they deactivated my account without any means of claiming the money I had earned, then insisted I give them photo ID before they'd talk to me.

Inbox dollars has been the best app for earning extra money by taking surveys, playing games, reading emails, searching the web, completing tasks, submitting receipts, and much more. I have been a member for 6 years since 2018. The only issue I would like to see change is the amount of time it takes for a reward deposit to hit PayPal. It takes an average of 3 days for me and there are other apps that deposits hit automatically.
I love everything about inbox dollars except for the fact that I use to get my PayPal reward within a day and now it's been taking more like 3 days and that's disappointing. I would give 5 stars if they've were as fast as other apps I know of that deposit almost instantly or within 24 hrs.
I find that Inboxdollars is really awesome! All the opportunities to earn are awesome!

There are such a variety of offers/offerings that there is literally something for everyone there.
Shopping, surveys to playing games can actually make you some extra money and I've not needed to have much help from support but when I did they were quick and professional and eager to let you know they are there for you!

You need to get $10 worth of surveys at a minimum in order to cash out dollar-for-dollar, but every time I go to their site and attempt to complete a 25 cent or up to a $1 survey, 95% of the time it kicks me out, "teasing" me with the statement, "we've found a better fit" and providing a link to that survey, but that's garbage, because I still get kicked out again and again. Once in a blue moon I'm able to complete a survey for about $3 or more and that, along with their "Magic Receipts" which you scan in from grocery and some other stores are the only things that merit my attention. One time I bought potatoes and they were on special for the "Majic Receipts" and I received about $3.50. I don't like the fact that they don't take Amazon.com receipts, because I shop a lot on that site. I also don't like the fact that they're somehow connected with another survey site which won't take a scanned receipt if I already used it with Inbox Dollars. Every time I cash out I tell myself that this will be the last time but somehow I seem to be a glutton for punishment.
Most, and I emphasize most, of their surveys can't be completed and, if you do so, they're not worth many points. You need to accumulate a minimum of $10.00 worth to cash in. The only way I collect points is by doing surveys, although there are other means. Sometimes I complete surveys worth maybe $3.00 or more but that is few and far between. There are other sites which have easier means of completing surveys.
It's quite difficult to complete surveys. Many of their surveys take a long time to complete but there are some every so often which are worth $5 or more when you successfully complete them, and this goes a long way towards the minimum of $10 to qualify for redemption. When you do apply for a redemption the reward code usually gets sent to you within hours, unlike other sites which can take a week or so. Depending upon the account to which you prefer to have them apply it can be very easy to get the reward code and convert it. In summary, I wouldn't rate InboxDollars the best survey site but if you like to have more than one survey companies it's one that I would ddefinitely consider.

I love that the site delivers on their promise as for payouts and customer service, though I feel they should update their offers a little more than they do so it's not the same constantly, or that the survey items paid out for the qualifications of surveys
Well I was able to call out and redeem a virtual 5 $ gift card, yet haven't been able to use it at all for anything I've tried to purchase, however somehow my balance is less that 5 $ now and still can't even get a Customer Rep to help explain anything.

ID helps my life with fairly easy side money by doing surveys or gaming opportunities. Unlike most sites, if a survey messes up on their end and you can prove it yet get redeemed.
These are my honest personal experiences with InboxDollars:
First, it is extremely difficult to qualify for any of their surveys. I've wasted A LOT of time trying. You can't cash out until you reach $10, and then you can only get gift cards. There is no option for actual cash.
Second, I found the section where they pay you small amounts for items on receipts you submit. The problem is that they don't always catch payable items, so you have to contact customer service, via a ticket, to get the missing credits.
Third, their customer service is terrible! About 30% of the time, they will respond and give you your missing credits. The rest of the time, they simply ignore your tickets, and your inquiries about your tickets, altogether. It says they really care about your satisfaction in your experiencs on their site, and that you can escalate problems to a Manager, but they just ignore those requests too. I've looked, but there are no other ways to contact them. It's extremely frustrating, and right now they owe me roughly $20 that, it seems, I have no way of collecting.
I would steer clear of InboxDollars, there are way better sites out there that will always address any issues you may have.
The surveys here are actually not as they seem. They'll have you answering questions then either disqualify you or simply quick yu out. A few of them asks my race and kicked me out, the length of pay takes forever to receive and I had to make an account because mine all of a sudden was deleted. Totally unprofessional.
I've been a member for as long as I can look back, at least since 2009! Recently, there was an error of some sort where the game I'd downloaded with the link didn't register and by the time I'd caught it I'd already completed the spending requirements which I didn't have the money to repeat! I sent the customer service team a message explaining the mishap and showed that I had completed all the steps properly, aside from the download error, and they immediately deposited the earnings into my account! I'm totally thrilled they fixed it so quickly and now I've got funding to play more!
I've been using InboxDollars since 2019 and have only recently ever had to submit a request to follow up with the partner site that was failing to keep up with my progress! It wasn't InboxDollars fault and after the third milestone was reached and still a failure to update my progress InboxDollars corrected the whole situation and immediately issued my payout! I've been using inbox dollars since 2017. It's user friendly and a great app to use for passing time or making/saving a little bit of money this app does the trick. It does take a while to accumulate your reward money or gift card money which ever you would prefer. You can do surveys or play games can scan receipts and get instant money back for things you buy on a regular basis, I would be here all day trying to tell you everything this app provides I like it and I only have 1 complaint really that's the payout we are left to guess when you cashout to paypal there's other ways to get paid like gift cards from places like Nike, target, Walmart, google play,best buy, outback steak house, game stop and the list goes on there's a few of different choices, I choose paypal to be able to get cash at the ATM that's my preference but after I cashout I get a email from paypal the minute I receive the money that's it I'm left guessing and I think that's with everybody but I wish they would fix it so I will know when my money will be available and a instant cashout would be great instead of waiting 2 to 10 days. Other then that I like it and would recommend to people that has people that has patience because it is a time consuming thing it's not a right here right now so I hope you like it like I do.
If you are a survey taker or a game player and like to make a little extra money I would recommend this. I make money playing games mostly because the survey's are hard to get qualified for at times, not only games but I make money searching the web watching videos, listening to music. The only thing I would change is the cash out process to be shorter it can take up to 10 days to get your money I think it should be within 24 hours and that would be the only thing I would change to give this a five.
