This site is horrendous. I've qualified for about 1% of the surveys and of the ones I do qualify for end up having technical issues. I've spent the last day trying to earn just $.75 so I can cash out my $15 then run away. STAY AWAY AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I love this app it helps me when I need a couple extra bucks and very easy to use. I've been using that for a while already and I am very satisfied with it I would like to tell you great job and I hope you and your company succe.ss in the long run thank you.

I do evaluations and surveys for extra money on different platforms. Recently I've had a good experience with InboxDollars. I only work for cash rewards and their time to get the money paid to the bank has gotten much better. They recently offered a $10 bonus for completing 5 surveys in a month paid upon completion date. That is significantly better than other platform bonuses I've worked with. I can't speak for everyone because I'm older and qualify for fewer opportunities but my experience with InboxDollars has really gotten better and I'm very pleased with them.

Not a bad site but i dont like change made to paid emails was getting two cents for reading paid emails now just getting progress in another area that after several emails reach max status and scratch off and only get two cents when i should have gotten at least ten cents for reading emails and im not happy about the change try doing surveys and most take too long anddont get to actual survey then when i do the survey itself takes fotrever and the payout is less than one dollar so its a waste of my time and annoying

This app/account has been true to it's word and I have been able to successfully cash out a number of times for a Amazon gift card.

Easy way to make money! I don't like that you have to wait two days but it's worth the wait. Thanks inboxdollars for not being a scam!

I've been using this app/website for more than 10 years. Very reliable. It was the first legit money making app/site I found that you actually can make money from.

Good survey site with a lot of available surveys, more important is that the payout is fast and hassle free.

I enjoy getting paid for the shopping I do. Inbox let's me get money back for shopping anywhere I spend money.

I recently signed up with inboxdollars to check them out as I was referred to it by a family member. I will say playing the games is a cool option and do far I haven't had an issue with that path.

I rarely qualify to do the surveys which is honestly annoying.

FOR THE BAD PART. NEVER SIGN UP TO RECEIVE A VIRTUAL PREPAID DEBIT CARD THROUGH THEM! I HAVE 2 AND NEITHER OF THEM NEITHER OF WHICH WORK AND IT'S AS NIGHTMARE JUST TO DEAL WITH IT. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A NEW ONE IN THE EMAIL WHICH NEVER CAME FINALLY WAS SENT A "NEW" VIRTUAL PREPAID DEBIT CARD WHICH HAS THE SAME EXACT INFORMATION AS THE ONE BEING REPLACED. AFTER LITERALLY SPENDING MY WHOLE DAY CALLING AND GETTING A HOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAY THEY NEED TO CHARGE ME TO SEND ME A PHYSICAL CARD WHICH IS WRONG AS THE PROBLEM IS ON THEIR END AND NOTHING I DID. I STILL HAVEN'T EVEN CALLED IN REGARDS TO MY SECOND ONE BECAUSE OF HOW OF A NIGHTMARE IT WAS DEALING WITH THE FIRST ONE. THE KICKER I'M NOT EVEN GUARANTEED THERE PHYSICAL CARD WILL WORK IF/WHEN I RECEIVE IT. OH, AND WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY LISTED ON THE EMAIL THAT THE CARDS ARE THROUGH IT SAID THE CARD WAS NEVER ACTIVATED BUT WHEN I CALLED THE PHONE ON THE CARD THEY SWORE UP AND DOWN THE CARD WAS ACTIVE AND VALID YET EVEN WHEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WAS ON THE PHONE I TRIED THE NEW CARD FINALLY SENT TO MY EMAIL 6 HOURS LATER IT DECLINED YET AGAIN.

They don't give you the option to change your email if you want/need to and suggest you put in a ticket which can and most likely will take them 30 days just to respond not actually do anything just to say hey we got your ticket.

I would say playing the games and cashing out is worth not doing surveys but I honestly haven't even collected the money I supposedly earned for completing what I have because of the inability to have proper working cards.

I will be posting an update whether the card works or not if/when I receive the physical card. I'm honestly preparing for it to not work. At this point I want the $10 one to be cancelled and sent back to my inboxdollars account because I have yet to receive the $30 one I had so many problems with.

Always enjoy dealing with Inbox Dollars. Easy redemption process. Does take a little time to accumulate enough points to be able to redeem, but that's a small price to pay.

Inbox Dollars is an online marketing platform offering products and services and cash back awards for purchases. They are generally responsive and timely in giving awards. I was recently surprised at the speedy and warm response I got to two of my awards. The two awards were already pending and should have automatically fulfilled. I was notified that the compliance team wanted to verify a few things concerning these and I was to email them for approval of my two awards. I did so and was expecting more delays when they suddenly approved both and gave me a very positive response. This was a welcome relief. I have recently had a very hard time getting a claim of mine approved which did not pend as it should have and is still not approved. After attempting to verify it twice and giving them all the necessary proof, they denied my claim stating I had to show personal engagement with the activity and that generic images from their site or the internet did not suffice. Clearly this was wrong as they have always approved my claims in the past with just this type of proof. I objected and gave them all of the evidence I had to which they requested proof of my identity in the form of an government issued ID and a selfie or self portrait. I submitted the proof and have not heard back from them yet. All of this clearly should have been unnecessary as they have always adjusted claims like these on the first or second try in the past with the same mentioned proof, and never requiring me to submit identification.

I have used them for years, very dependable never any issues always earn what you said you were going to earn. I would recommend it to anybody. There's no better way to sit around waiting or nothing to do - play games and do surveys for real money!

Yes, you do get paid for the surveys you take. The pay is very little. I had to spend over an hour on a survey for $30, wasn't terrible I guess. All the short surveys pay like a dollar or less. You can also play games to earn money. I did decide to do this, I had to reach certain levels to get paid. Inbox dollars paid me for the first 2 milestones I hit in the game, after I finally hit level 23 I was supposed to be rewarded $30, I never received my money. The last reward I received was $15 for hitting level 18. All that time trying to level up on this game, for nothing. I waited a little bit, thinking it would just take a few days to show as pending on my inbox dollars account, but it's now been weeks & still nothing. So, it's an okay website to use for some change. Maybe $30 here & there. Just be ready to invest some time in the surveys.

Horrable still haven't received yet. I completed days ago and said I was supposed to receive in a few days but still haven't received.

Lately I haven't been receiving cash back on games I've been playing. I'll get like the first one on a game but the rest don't follow. Contact support literally show them everything they asked for and still denied pay. I provide my play store history showing purchases for said game and even that didn't work. I'm owed atleast $50
