These are priceless! I'm so glad I turned in all my tapes. My mom recently passed away and to watch these old videos with her in them gave me comfort! To see my kids when they were younger is priceless! I will cherish these forever!

75 year old 8mm film sent to iMemories produced playable on line images of family and friends now long departed. Even myself at 2 or 3 years old on my grandfather's yacht at Marblehead Race week. Strongly recommend them for prompt service.

Everything went smoothly. Items were sent, received and the turn around time was faster than promised. Original media arrived back safely. They transferred a tape that other companies wouldn't/couldn't do. I would only use them again and not the other company I had used in the past.

I had a great experience with iMemories. I would just give the heads up that if your videos have any mold on them, iMemories can't convert them & they will be shipped back to you. This makes sense, however I didn't realize how many of my videos this included unfortunately! I would love to find a reliable company that could remove the mold for me, I wish iMemories had this service as well! Overall, I 100% recommend this service.

Flawless experience from start to finish. Some of my videos had been sitting in my hot Texas garage for 25 years and for the most part they turned out great.

Pricey but so worth it. Super fast customer service. Great website.

Only complaint i have is that most older smart tvs dont have the app. Had to get a fire stick to watch them or cast. Fast forwarding and rewinding vids on the app could be better too.

Love this idea, I do wish it wasn't so expensive and that the prices were shown up front instead of finding out the price after the tapes are mailed in. I wouldn't have mailed in as many tapes as I did if I knew it would cost that much.

The process was quicker than I expected, and the return of the VHS tapes was much earlier than I expected. It was easy to save them on my computer and to watch the videos on my television. Great experience in all!

The only issue I had was that the negatives weren't adequately clean of dirt, hairs & dust prior to digitization. I had to do a bit of editing to delete unwanted marks from the digital photo to make them acceptable. Please spend more time to make the negative particle free before digitizing.

From start to finish, the process was flawless. Customer service always available, they even took the time to train me how to edit the videos that were digitized into their cloud from all of my various source videos.

All my originals were safely returned.My issue was resolved in a timely manner. They extended my free streaming. I also enjoyed the 50% discount. All restorations are very good quality. I'm recommending them to relatives and friends. I have several VHS converted to DVD. I'm very happy with the result. Thank you for the nice work!

Wow! When I began viewing these, I must have said numerous times, "Oh my goodness, I forgot about that". Many of those tapes were over 40 years old! It was a wonderful experience watching everything, sending some to family, and enjoying my children and nieces as they grew. I am still enjoying categorizing and re-labeling. And on a rainy day, I find myself sitting on the sofa watching these, they are better than a movie. Thank you iMemories for the greatest treasure!

I am excited to finish reviewing and seeing the memories that were digitized for us. The video quality is more than I expected. I wasn't sure how the video tape would hold up over the years, but the results were amazing. The audio quality was equally sharp and clear. I sent both my VCR tapes and CDs with pictures of myself and my wife to IMemories to get digitalized. My wife passed away in October 2023 so these were very special memories I have/had with her. The outcome was beyond my expectations. It was totally seamless and now her memory will live with me forever.

I had these tapes down in multiple cellars in different conditions. Not always stored the best. Yet you guys got it done. I was not expecting any restoration to be possible and imemories restored all of them.

The slides I sent in were all 50 to 65 years, so maybe that had something to do with the fact that once they were all digitized, the end result was very bright and faded pictures. Almost no detail on many of the slides remained. Also, it would appear that the slides were not even cleaned of dust and hair particles. A little disappointed with the finished product.

The only surprise I had was when I went into the app and couldn't access photos any longer. I was notified that I had to pay to continue accessing my pictures. Apparently if you do not download them to your own device right away, then that access is dropped until you buy an monthly/weekly/annual membership. Not a fan of that. I believe it should have been stressed at time of purchase.

I sent my VHS tapes from the 1980's and 90's to iMemories and received them back in a timely manner.
My family is delighted to have access now to our home movies from their childhood! It is so easy and convenient to share them online. We are very pleased with the results!

We had our Wedding VHS recording converted by iMemories. It was the best thing for us as I have lost my father a year ago and seeing my wedding recordings of my loved ones who have passed and who are in their Senior years today was very emotional. I sent my husband's childhood memories on VHS tapes to be converted to digital. After years of improper storage and damage, I was afraid these tapes wouldn't be salvageable. Imemories quickly converted as many tapes as they were able to and shipped the hard copies back. I am so grateful for this service.
