Workouts are fun and challenging but not impossible, staff is super helpful and encouraging

I picked up a 5 class Groupon Coupon at ILKB Skokie thinking, 'Oh, 5 classes, maybe I can do that'. Never would have thought, that I would walk in, die in the first 15 minutes, yell, swear, scream and absolutely LOVE IT!!!
I am not an active person, I am not too enthusiastic about exercise or eating healthy, hell I am not even someone who would run if my life depended on it but there was something about Kickboxing that stuck.
I have never been so happy with an impromptu decision I made someday; ILKB Skokie has changed my life for the better.
It's not a workout anymore, it feels like life. I have to do this, its an addiction. It keeps me going. I have so much energy and I have so much fun while my $#*! is being kicked in class. And to top it up, I have had the pleasure of meeting some amazing human beings. So fulfilling in every way.

You will love it! It will get tough, you will want to give it, but once class is finished, you will look forward to doing it all again! Awesome staff
