Ordered a sofa bed
It arrived on time, then the delivery guy decided to stand one box upright and walked off. Unsurprisingly the box toppled over as the balance was WAY off!
The box landed on metal railings between the two properties and punctured the box, packaging and product.
After inspecting the damage it was immediately obvious the product was punctured from falling onto the railings - I refused delivery of that part of the product and requested a replacement.
I've then had calls to the IKEA customer services center and arranged for delivery on the only day it was possible for me to be in to receive it. (Job commitments mean there was no way I'd be present during normal hours)
Delivery date and time arranged and I even made special arrangements to leave early to ensure I'd be back well ahead of the delivery window.
I then get a text to tell me that the delivery has been moved TO THE FOLLOWING DAY!
I've now wasted a lot of time having to ring up and speak to customer services to explain the situation, wasted my phone credit, wasted my time, put myself in the spot light for arranging to leave early at work all because the delivery agent couldn't do his job correctly. I can't even fix this myself as the item isn't held in store (Directly delivered from the warehouse only)
Subsequently they [IKEA] are going to have the re-delivery attempted on a day I specifically told them I would NOT be in - UTTER WASTE OF MY TIME.
The delivery service are as much use as an ejector seat in a helicopter!
This is one of the best shops for home. I have got a lot of different goods and like them. The quality is also good and easy in usage.
We ordered 3 PAX Wardrobes with all the accessories FITTING and delivery on the same day. All paid for.
The delivery day arrived, 30/6/18 we cleared our rooms, got rid of wardrobes, so you can imagine the house is full of clothes.
The delivery arrived but No Fitters.!
Another 3 hours on the phone, the fitters wouldn't be coming, No explanation, no apology they were re booked for 7th July.
7th July - Again they didn't turn up. No warning, No explanation. IKEA actually said the wardrobes had been fitted, until we offered to send photo of the boxes. Then they accepted they hadn't been fitted.
Rebooked AGAIN for 21st July. More confirmation they would arrive.
IKEA rang at 1pm on 21/7/18 and said the fitters should have been with us at 8am.
Fitters said they would be here.
21st July- The fitters didn't show up. AGAIN. IKEA said they were coming!
Each time IKEA confirm the booking and reference number and say they will arrive.
We have now had 3 weeks of a house full of boxes and clothes with no wardrobe.
What do you do? They said they would send a voucher as compensation but didn't.
It's taken us several years to regain our faith in this company, as their customer service was so bad the last time we used them and give them another chance only to be very badly let down before on several occasions.
I shall not be using the shop again.
Got the wrong things for our wardrobe system twice from the staff. Long waits for them to gather our purchases. Do not recommend it all!
I love the design and prices that IKEA offers! And the aesthetics is always so cozy. I have all my bedroom furniture from it.
They have got a really poor customer service which they should improve. Their products are pretty fine but their service is drawing customers away
Had a problem with a lack TV bench we ordered but it was dealt with immediately. Great service for such a big company.
Each piece of furniture, utensil, or linen has been of excellent quality, good taste, and utility. Durable and easy to handle products. Excellent!

I visited the Logan Ikea store today Tuesday 25 October 2022. Basically, I chose a design code sent to my phone with a price of $1020. The staff member checked prior to me loading the items downstairs that all the items were in stock, so I proceeded to load up.
Upon finally loading, the door fronts which I needed 6 of unfortunately there was only 3 in stock, although the IKEAS system said they had 12 in stock.
Then I asked to see one of the floor staff. I asked him if he could assist me in locating the 3 remaining items i needed for my order, as there should have been 9 remaining. He was direct and basically said it was a cash-and-carry store and he couldn't source where the other stock was. He checked the system and said another consignment was due in a few day's time. I said was it ok to pay the $1020 for the complete item and could they please send me the remaining 3 doors by courier when they arrive, again he became obstructive when I asked if the remaining 3 doors could be delivered free of charge as they can't find them in the store, again he said no, by this time, I am becoming frustrated that they only reply he could give was no! You have to pay for the delivery regardless.
I asked if I could speak to the manager. He called her and a deputy manager arrived and she was equally, if not more obstructive with no compromise whatsoever. I then tried calling Ikea who said they couldn't speak to me about a complaint unless it was through email. The only thing I was asking for, is that from a $1020 order which I could take in my car and because they couldn't find the remaining 3 doors, although Ikeas system said they were in stock, could they please send the 3 doors through a courier at their cost. This is appalling customer service and I believe social media needs to know what the Logan IKEA store represents in customer service which is incompetent unreasonable staff, who have very few customer service skills.
Service department reads from script of lies and take forever to answer most basic question with further disinformation
The furniture is good as I expected. Huge variety of choices and prise. Nothing so special in general.
Impossible to do business with, nothing is ever in stock and orders are cancelled without notice or reason

I hate this company and everything about this experience. We ordered the Brimnes bed to be delivered to us on Sunday. The manual said the average time to put it together would be an hour. I already knew this to be a lie. We started putting the bed together and we noticed the support beam was missing from our order. We call your "Support" team, and they tell us the beam will be delivered in 5 days. Now we have no bed and we had to sleep on the floor for this period of time. We both have allergies, so this was hell on our sinuses. Finally, the support beam comes and we're putting together the lönset. Lol this piece of sh*t thing came with one bent screw and one screw without any grooves. God, forbid you throw in a few extra screws! We call you "support" team again to complain and she's as useless as a bag of rocks. Why is she even taking calls if her system is "down"? In the middle of the call, she called us disrespectful and hung up on us instead of doing her damn job of trying to help us. This has been a ongoing nightmare for us, and no one f*cking cares. We do finally talk to someone who can help they tell us the screws we'll be delivered within 10 days. Why is it that I'm able to order an entire bed with missing and damaged pieces but the smaller the item is the longer it takes to be delivered? WHAT THE ACTUAL F*CK? THIS F*CKING BED THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE NO MORE THAN AN AFTERNOON TO PUT TOGETHER IS NOW TAKING THREE WEEKS! F*CK YOU!
I plan to buy a house and only fill it with IKEA stuff. Only thing I wish could be better is that the stuff didnt scratch so easy!

Our other items were a king-size bed, with a headboard, dresser, 2 nightstands, desk, bookcases, bedding and a mirror. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was easy to assemble.
