I HAVE INORMED THE REP AT THIS AGENCY (IHIRE) THAT MY JOSE SEARCH IS JOB CRITERIA SPECIFIC AND JOB SEARCHE WHICH IS: I DESPERATELY NEED A NEW JERSEY STATE AGENCY JOB BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH A NEW JERSEY STATE AGENCY FOR TOO LONG (23) YEARS AND I CANNOT BEAR TO LOSE THAT WORK SERVICE TIME. Assistant deck foreman

IHire subscription canceled

KARA IS A GREAT ASSET! She was so much help. I personally would have kept searching but my boss decided to hire internally and cancel. There is a learning curve but Kara's support cut right through that. The portal is such an efficient tool once you learn the ends and outs. Makes easy work out of keeping track of candidates and organizing the hiring process. I wish I had been aware of the service 2 1/2 years ago before pandemic times made the market so incredibly difficult. I would highly recommend iHire to my colleagues.

As a Career Technology teacher, my mission is to prepare my students for college and career. Many of my junior and senior students have expressed an interest in working in the sports arena and I have found that iHire/Work In Sports Sports Career Game Plan to be an outstanding program to help them make the most of their college career. It helps them develop the necessary skills and relevant experience that will assist in rising above the crowd of applicants when they enter the job force. In fact, those same skills and experience can be applied to almost any career the students pick. IHire has also produced a job market-neutral version. It is why I highly recommend it to all my seniors and their parents as well as my network of college professors. The cost is nominal, even for a high school senior and the course is online and can be taken at their own pace. To me this is a no-brainer recommendation for anyone who cares about setting their kids or their students up for success. Oh, the customer support is outstanding! They have answered any questions the students, parents, and teachers have with how to set-up and implement these programs.

Great People and Resources

I really enjoyed the knowledge and detail that the iHire team brought to the job applicant search procedure. Everyone on the team is very helpful and knows what information is needed and how to get it out to the areas where you are hiring from. The iHire team also did a great job following up with job postings and made sure that we were moving our target areas to generate more interest. I really felt like iHire was helping me put out good and enticing advertisements for the position that my business has available. As a faculty member, I chose to make WorkinSports.com and the GamePlan part of my intro course and required assignments as completion of the GamePlan. It has benefited my students who have learned many things such as resume building, networking, building social platforms, and other areas which will help them succeed. The students who took the time to do the work and pay attention rather than just "getting done" have all commented highly about what they learned. The job site has also been beneficial to students to provide a source for searches on a national level and see the many opportunities they have or will have once they complete their degree.

Sports Career Game Plan

I have used Sports Career Game Plan for the past two years with my Sport Management students. The first group of students said, "This is the best information we have received!" I have continued it this year and it has developed their professional skills and confidence for interviews and employment in the industry. This will be a staple of my sport management program for years to come.

I used this program for an Internship Prep course. I had small class but the students loved it. They did not complain about the price point and said that did not deter them from taking the class. Throughout the semester the students stated how much they liked the content in the videos and how easy it was to follow along with the instructor. Here are two student comments from their end of the semester surveys regarding the program:

"I loved how it is extremely relevant to my career path and how everything was explained to me in detail and real world situations."
"I enjoyed how practical the course content was through the entire class. It was highly relevant to my future success in whatever career I will choose. I found the workinsports.com programs to be highly informative and helpful."
