We missed our connection flight in Frankfurt. All we had to do was send them and email and they took care of everything for us. They were able to get a flight for us and hour later. Keep up the good work.

Had to cancel my flight and get refund because of what's going on with the virus. They help with that and took care of all my needs and when Im ready to rebook, I will just call them. Will definitely book with them again.

I had to change my plans indefinitely because of the pandemic and I don't know when I will be able to get used of my ticket. Flyfirst help me with making sure I can rebook my ticket for future use with no change fee, other than that they were the ones who had to coordinate with the airlines. I will definitely make my reservations with them in the future.

We had a vacation planned for Asia but had to cancel because of the pandemic. In cases like this, it would take time for me to get hold of airlines, the best thing about booking through iflyfirstclass, is that you don't need to deal with airlines directly, it's like having a personal assistant that handles your flight. You call them and they take care of everything for you. Can't wait to book with them again.

Dmitry at iflyfirst was trying very hard to get us good options to rebook our cancelled flights. We ended up changing for October for same exact flight with Lufthansa.

I had a flight reservation to Asia but because of COVID-19 had to cancel my plans. The representative I spoke with was very helpful. He was able to help me cancel my flight with no hassle. He was able to explain my options as far as getting a flight credit or get a refund. Ended up getting a refund.
