IFit is motivating and educating! Not only do the workouts help me physically, but they help mentally as well. The trainers take you places and teach you things that I would have never known other wise and they help my physically become a better person.

I am obsessed with the iFit trainers and all the amazing workouts. I often times get bored while working out but these workouts are just so much fun. Since the pandemic I have felt tired and somewhat lazy. I am so happy to now have my ProForm elliptical. After a few weeks I already feel like a brand new person. I have more energy and just feel better. I received this item at a discounted price for my honest opinion.

I purchased a rower from NordicTrack/iFit in August 2021. It was delivered and assembled by their team. I paid extra for this because when they delivered our elliptical two parts were broken and it took us about two months of working with member support to get it fixed.

Unfortunately their team couldn't get the rower to turn on consistently and 9 months later it is completely broken. I have spent hours on the phone, emailed, chatted, and had I don't know how many cases opened and closed prematurely. I have replaced multiple wirings, replaced the console, and had a service technician work on it for over 2 hours. Nothing has worked so I am out over $2,000 since I am outside of the refund window but I have a bunch of apologies for my experience.

I should have learned from the first time to buy from a different company but posting here hoping that someone else will think twice because of my experience.

I love the variety of personalized training options that are available on the iFit app. The scenes are very lifelike and give me the feel of actually riding outdoors. I use the app with my bike every morning. The trainers are engaging and keep me focused. The setup is easy. Great for beginners. I received a discount in exchange of my honest feedback

I currently have the S15i cycle bike and about 1 month ago my ifit program stopped working everytime I logged in it would say there was a problem logging you in so I reached out to customer support, I should mention that I contacted IFIT 7 times and have spent countless hours trying to troubleshoot this issue numerous times noone was able to resolve my issues their answer was our programmer is working on it call back in 24 hours, we'll that was just a scam to get me off the phone because they didn't know what to do. The final time I called I had asked to speak with a manager I got about 5 minutes into the call before the phone hung up and the supervisor didn't even call me back or send an email. I'm appalled at the way this is being handled i have a bike that I purchased and a membership that I can't even use and these people could careless about solving my issue.

I bought a new treadmill and the only way that it would turn on was to use the 1 month free month iFIT trial, which is ridiculous. So the website said that I could cancel at anytime and that my membership would expire on 3/11/2022. I noticed that on 3/9/2022, my account was charged for the next month already. So I called to cancel my subscription. They definately cancelled my subscription, but still charged me the $15 fee and refused to refund that. To me, that is fraud. Charging me for a service I did not use, before the next month even started. So overall, I would NEVER purchase any iFIT equipment again.

I really love all of the different workouts provided. IFit provides great variety in workouts and the workouts help you progress in your fitness journey. As a beginner to fitness workouts it is very helpful to have the interactive workouts so I don't get bored and want to quit.

I have been very satisfied with my iFIT treadmill and its features. The speakers on this treadmill are crazy loud and it connects to my phone with no problem! When I did have a question about the treadmill when setting it up, the customer service was professional and helpful!

I recently received a spin bike in exchange for my honest feedback and was able to get the ifit program app on my tablet. I was blown away with all the things I could do. I am enjoying all the videos. The customer service has been great. Anyone I have had to speak with was very helpful. I am feeling super motivated and supported and have loved my experience so far with the company and the app.

I really like this treadmill. It was easy to put together. It came very nicely packed in a really big box. It took no time to put together it was very very easy to put together. I really think it's very well-built I really like to run on this thing it doesn't hurt my body like most treadmills do I really am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased an elliptical that came with iFit. I like it a lot. There are many kinds of programs. I use my ipad and the different displays are plentiful. Distance, calories, intensity, the competition. Live classes are fun and the instructors are fun and never boring. I visit different sites that I would never otherwise get to see. The more you workout, you earn prizes like hats and shirts. Keeps you wanting more!

I accepted this ProForm bike in exchange for my impartial feedback and I'm so glad I did! After the few minutes it took to assemble the bike I signed up for my free trial of iFit and was blown away by how many options iFit offers! I have only utilized the spinning workouts and with the hype trainers, I always end my workouts feeling pretty energized and proud of myself. Since I am a beginner I am so grateful for the "stop" button that immediately stops the bike in case I can't continue. Haven't had to use it but knowing its there puts my mind at ease. The bike itself is pretty compact and moving it from one space to another is pretty easy since there are small wheels in the front. IFit is something I will stick with because I think iFit will benefit my lifestyle change.

Finally something that works in MY SCHEDULE! I joined the gym a few months ago and found it was hard to keep up with the commitment to go. The classes I wanted to take were offered at times I couldn't attend, which has led to me paying for something I don't even use. I'm so excited to have iFIT on my treadmill in my home. I can workout on my time, my schedule, when I want and not be held hostage by someone else's schedule. The workouts are engaging and based on my skill level. The app was easy to install on my phone and connect to my treadmill via bluetooth. I received a discount on this product for my honest review.

Ifit is amazing! It motivates you and encourages you to workout. I love the different places you can ride through. This is something the whole family can use to get fit. I recieved this equipment at a discount for my unbiased opinion.

It is almost impossible to get a person on the line after they unauthorized charge my credit card for annual membership after I canceled service. Had to dispute with my credit card company.

I have really been enjoying the variety of workouts available with iFit. I was spending a lot of time searching for workout videos on Youtube before and always skipped around, trying to find a better one. The trainers on the iFit keep me motivated, I am always finding new workouts that I love. I look forward to trying more of the various workouts. After COVID hit, I think we all learned that having some fitness app that can be used within the house is always a fantastic idea.
After trying out several different apps, I was happy to learn that my new compact ProForm treadmill comes with the iFIT app that we were able to try for 30 days risk free. We were happy to learn that the app can be used not only with our equipment, but on its own as well. Great!
