I ordered the 2" pre-cut circle frosting sheets. I went back and forth with a customer service representative from icing inks to get the template for the sheets. After a week of emails and following the representatives instructions, it still would not work properly. This was a complete waste of my time and money.
I contacted this company about my ink cartridge not printing correctly. I've been using edible inks for years so I know the trouble shooting and tried them before contacting. They pretty much told me the reason my cartridge wasn't printing correctly was because I wasn't sending the image directly from my laptop. Instead using the copy feature. That's a load of garbage!
I wrote another review and they said to contact them and they would work to make it right. I contacted them and now weeks later nothing! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
