Placed and received order in a timely manner but one item was what their parts diagram called for but was the wrong item. Sent email about problem and never heard anything ended up buying the correct part locally and was cheaper anyway.
We ordered 13" post for our lakesport seat mount. They sent a 15" post! Went we called customer service, they said they sent the right part saying they dont count the 2" that goes into the base of the boat! That we need to send it back at our expense and order an 11" post. REALLY! We ordered a 13 " post and they made a mistake, but wont admit to it. They must think we are stupid!
I've used this product on my aluminum trailer to keep it looking new and make my life easier. I also found that it works as a fiberglass waterline scum cleaner on my boat as well. While cleaning my trailer some over spray went on the boat's waterline and without scrubbing the yellow sum disappeared. I sprayed the rest of the boat and by the time i did one side, the other side was clean right to the gel coat.
I'd recommend this product to anyone who owns a boat.
Ordered a Stainless pipe to build a ladder. Thought I was buying an 8' polished stainless tube. However it came as a 6' tube unpolished and had writing all over it. It is about useless for my project.
Refunds don't happen I send a text to these people 5 or 6 times, with them saying someone would contact me didn't happen. I would never buy from them again.
It was very easy to find my part on iboats, and the price was much lower than anyone else. Once I placed my order I received it the next day. Job well done, I will come back to iboats for future orders.

Chatted with customer service and they said the sale prices is the price that comes up, there is no specific sale?
I ordered a steering cable and steering wheel 2 months ago. I received half of the order but not the other half. I have recieved no return phone calls, no return emails. I cant ever reach any one except a recording. Their service doesn't rate even 1 star.
Due to an unexpected equipment failure on our fishing boat we needed a replacement part fast before our next scheduled adventure. Ordered item at the beginning of the week and was delivered at the end of the week. Item was exactly as it was described. Installed and had a wonderful fishing adventure.
I almost never write negative reviews on companies but my experience with this company was so bad I'm doing so to warn anyone who might make the mistake of considering buying from iboats. Horrible customer service, they call me during the IRMA EVACUATION and tell me that I "must provide the transaction amount before end of the day or order will get canceled." I asked the rep to give me until the next day since I was rushing out of state but she wouldn't. I reordered it a week later and they give the same excuse even after I spoke with the bank and got everything straightened out. The customer service rep was extremely rude and not understanding at all. Company seems more concerned with upholding stringent policies than troubleshooting real customer issues and winning business. After the second experience I'm buying from another, better vendor that actually wants to make money. Would not recommend this company to anyone
This place says they accept returns, but when you call, they give you some BS that the shipping dept will call back within a couple days with return info, then you never get a call or email response or get to get someone on the phone. Seems like a very shady buisness
Bought and paid for item and shipping. Item did not show up on delivery date. Called customer service the day after the delivery date and was told I had to pay freight shipping and it would be ANOTHER $268.93 in addition to the shipping I already paid! The customer service rep I ordered from should have known this or asked. Now I have to pay the difference or cancel my order. By the way, the other companies that were having a sale on this item aren't any longer and the item is now more expensive. This is wrong and a bad way to do business. Will NOT recommend!
Recently purchased two Garelick High-Back Deck Chairs from iBOATS.com for our Parker 28' sport-fishing boat to kick back in while Cod fishing off Block Island and they are very sturdy when out at sea, and easily fold for storage. Unlike the big bulky deck chairs, these don't get in the way, are light to move as needed and stow in the cabin when at dock. Nice chairs!
I'm pretty certain I ordered a bimini top for SQUARE bimini frame. I got one for round. This will not work for my boat. I ordered just cover and boot. I received complete cover, boot, round poles and hardware. Wasting my time and summer now.
Ordered a shower head. Did not receive the part number i ordered. Mine was a particular scandvik head with a distinct shape. I needed it badly so i used the one sent because it was same brand and it worked.
This company will tell you they will get you parts,,,,, meanwhile 3 weeks later and 4-5 different answers from 4-5 different people,,,, NOW my parts are lost in shipment,,, YA RIGHT. Ordered 3 things and next to the last conversation they had 2 of them, now they never had any of them cause i had to cancel the order and wait 3-5 buisness days for the money back! Online con aritist is my personal opinion. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF GETING THEM FROM CHINA!
So the iBoats webpage shows a rounded u-bolt for the Marpac piece 7-1768 (Part #*******) but what is shipped is a square u-bolt. The numbers on the shipped piece match the webpage but the product doesn't, that simple.
I ordered an $11.00 part, paid $15.00 for shipping on May 13th. Credit Card was charged. When I go into my i iBoat account it shows I have never placed an order. Yet I have an invoice and my card statement showing they charged my account. I have called them, emailed them and yet no one cares to get back to me on the part.
The customer service from this business will be the death of them. I will never use them again, and I will let all my boating friends know how bad they are. All over an $11.00 part. How sad!

Do not buy from these pos they said they knew my boat and when they cover came it did not fit and was a very cheap quality, a tarp would have worked better whne i called them they asked me to measure my boat, i told them i returning for a full refund and they charged ne a 40 percent restock fee for a cheap[ cover that did not fit
I order a outboard hydrofoil thru iBoats and did receive the product in a timely manner. However, I expectected a new, unopened package but that was not what I received. The packaging was clearly stapled back together as it was a return from another customer. Basically iBoats attitude was "to bad, so sad" and they could do nothing unless the product was defective. I hesitate to open it as it will be even more difficult to return. The least the advertising shoud have said is that is was an open packge product. They did not. I will not do business with them again.
