Was easy to place order after waiting days for it to ship finally got it. Opened the box and saw what i had received was wrong. I called customer service only to be shut down quick and told to send an email instead. After a few days I got a response. Humble said they would send out what was missing and that if i wanted the tracking number to email them the next day. Which if I am correct that should be automatic as the mistike is on them and not me. As a result why should i have to spend more time on a problem I didnt create? At time of this review I am still waiting for the mising items from my order. I might give Humble one more chance to get it right. I am kind of wery still of humble. Humble was recommend by a friend. As a result of this incident I can not say I would recommend humble.
Scam! Poor customer service. They never replied. I recieved my stuff after 3 weeks and they were not the right products.

Purchased American Dreams and Vanilla Bourban tobacco and they were BOGOs. I LOVE the flavors and will continue to buy from Humble! I'm soooooo picky and purchased 65.00 in juices that I hate which is a waste of money so buying 2 big bottles for 24.oo was PERFECT! I have since referred 4 others friends to Humble
