Bought 1 wig didn't fit tried to return for refund they are not intrested in any kind of returns or refunds STAY CLEAR

It took weeks to get it and yes I know you get what you pay for, but when the item finally arrives and it's not what you ordered,,, wrong style and color plus no shipping label's or instructions for returns I really got worried below is the proof of purchase and e-mails

YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! RUN AWAY!

I bought a wig from HoWigs. They told me it would take 15-20 business days, and they would notify me when my wig was shipped. I waited, and did not receive a notification for shipment. I contacted them through their website asking about my order. Becky emailed me, and told me that they needed more time because of the sales season. She told me that she would put a rush on my order, and I would receive it soon. I waited 34 business days. I contacted the company again telling them that the wedding had already passes, and I no longer needed the wig. I told them to refund me my money. Becky contacted me again, and told me that I would only be able to get 30% refunded to me plus shipping and handling a total of $55.00 would be refunded me even though I paid $160.00 and the wig was still not even finished. I told her that I felt like I was being scammed, and they were forcing me to cancel because I never received my product after twice the amount of time it should have taken to get to me. I gave them plenty of time. She did not even acknowledge this part of my email. I'm probably at the 20th email now with her. She still will not give me a full refund, and she will not even acknowledge the multiple request I have asked to speak to a supervisor. I have now filed a dispute with my financial institution, and I have filed a claim with Federal Trade Commission. Hopefully I will get my money back. It has been very frustrating!
