I haven't completed my stay so I don't want to do a review yet until I check into the hotel. I'd recommend sending out surveys at least AFTER check in to the hotel just in case there were any booking issues.

My experience is very good and the price is always clear to me
After 3 o'clock, I got the card for the room on the second floor from the reception. After he find out that I made a reservation through hotelwiz, he stated that the room has not been cleaned yet. He took the card from me back and gave me a new card. The new room was on the ground floor, which was next door to the hotel's service room, and it was less than 5 meters away from the washing machine and dryer!
