I flew to Orlando last weekend. When I got there, I found that the hotel I booked with HotelWiz had mysteriously received an email cancelling my reservation. When I called this agency, they claimed to have no idea what the hotel was talking about. I was stranded in Orlando and the agent, Braxton refused to take any responsibility for my stay. I asked them to book me another hotel. They did so, and said they would refund me within 3 business days. It has now been a week, and I haven't heard back from them.
Experience was okay. Hospitality starts with a cup or bottle of water. There should be at least a complementary bottle of drinkable water given at checking -in. Toothpaste and brush to be in the room.
So much cheaper than any other hotel site and very easy to use
Checking in was great the woman at front desk that checked me in was very nice. The staff at the restaurant across from the check in counter were very rude. She tried to sit me and my one year old at table. I asked could we have a booth instead she didn't speak but huffed and pointed to a dirty booth table. I asked could I sit at the one next to it and she just sat the menu down and walked off. So we left I was not paying for a meal when the service already was disappointing. Also we checked out the pool which I was very excited about We enjoyed it but I think the other guest were racist they all moved to the other side of the pool when we got in. It was obvious bc the pool wasn't that big and everyone had kids so it wasn't like my child was the only toddler and the other kids were diving in splashing but their parents all moved them to the other side so we we're literally the only ones in a corner while everyone else was off to the other end. But we still had fun just didn't stay long because I was uncomfortable after a while. It was Weird bc a lot of black ppl work at the hotel from what I could see so these racist guest should just leave
