Easy and fast booking. Had no problems giving the information I needed to make the decision on which room I wanted was easy to follow the prompts easy program

We needed two rooms. One with king size and the other one with two queen size beds. It was very easy to reserve the one with king size bed but the system did not allowed us to book the other one.

You robbed me my booking was not confirmed with the hotel you are not subscribed so I had to pay the hotel again.
I kept sending emails but my challenge was not attended to.

We had a great room with a good experience. The room was a Queen suite, the bathroom could have been better updated but overall it was good for the price.

Easy website to understand and manage entries and awesome price. I've booked another hotel and still lowest price. Amazing and definitely will continue to use

I've used priceline before and I had nothing but trouble. Tried hotelwiz and not a hiccup, easy to use and dependable so far. I will be using hotelwiz from now on. Thank you Hotelwiz

Checking in was great the woman at front desk that checked me in was very nice. The staff at the restaurant across from the check in counter were very rude. She tried to sit me and my one year old at table. I asked could we have a booth instead she didn't speak but huffed and pointed to a dirty booth table. I asked could I sit at the one next to it and she just sat the menu down and walked off. So we left I was not paying for a meal when the service already was disappointing. Also we checked out the pool which I was very excited about We enjoyed it but I think the other guest were racist they all moved to the other side of the pool when we got in. It was obvious bc the pool wasn't that big and everyone had kids so it wasn't like my child was the only toddler and the other kids were diving in splashing but their parents all moved them to the other side so we we're literally the only ones in a corner while everyone else was off to the other end. But we still had fun just didn't stay long because I was uncomfortable after a while. It was Weird bc a lot of black ppl work at the hotel from what I could see so these racist guest should just leave

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE FBI. They stole my money and then sold my credit card info. DO NOT BOOK with HotelWiz. I booked a one night stay and they never paid the hotel even though they charged my credit card. The hotel then also charged me for the stay. I asked for a refund for services not rendered and they said they would pay the hotel, but never did. A man with an accent picks up the phone and makes it feel like it's your fault. Then a fakely nice email is sent reassuring you that they are taking care of it, but they are NOT. They just leave you in limbo waiting for nothing. Meanwhile, there were suspicious charges on my card after this incident and I know HotelWiz stole my credit card info. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. They will charge you for the hotel without setting up the reservation and STEAL and SELL your CC info!

Smelled like weed and cigarettes. A/C didn't work. When I called the front desk, no one answered. Definitely worth paying extra for a better stay somewhere else.

The booking process was easy and I got a confirmation email straight away… I am worried though because I have now read all these negative comments about hotelwiz saying it is a scam… I haven't received confirmation from hotel planet Hollywood yet so I am worried that when I get there they won't have my booking… I am only worried because of the negative comments I have read and this is the first time I have used hotelwiz

Upon arrival everything seemed great. Wasn't a lot of strange activity around the hotel, which is what I was concerned with the most, and was greeted by friendly staff. The room was nice and taken care of. Wish there was cable because I couldn't even watch the game. Then the toilet issue happened. I walked in and it had toilet paper in it, I didn't think much of it and when I flushed to flush the paper down it started to rise and over flow. I called the front desk and told them what was going on but and they said they'd be there asap. Well, took about 20 minutes. I had to use my towel to clean mess. When the front desk guy arrived he tried to fix the toilet for about another 20 minutes and seemed to fix it but barely. Toilet flushed really slow and didn't flush right so stuff just sat there. Pretty gross. Then when I went to shower the tub just started to fill. Which really sucked because now I'm showering in a puddle. Very dissatisfied. Wasn't offered another room and I was way to tired to ask and move my stuff. No free breakfast. Nothing that the "regular" hotels offer...Pretty disappointed.

Every other service included the hotel/resort fee in the total, I used hotelwiz because it looked cheaper, but I was just charged the $40 resort fee at checkout. My fault, but still annoying.

The method of booking was really easy and offered the best pricing when compared to other sites. Great service, great price and a secure payment method guided my decision to go with Hotelwiz.

Like i said in the title. Cheapest pricest the fastest. No effort process. The hardest part was linking the reservation to my calender. And that was an accident lol.
