Very Good Services and technical support provide by Nikhil Sir. Good Job done by Mr. Nikhil Sir. Web Application which I uploaded was not working properly on the server. Was not in-fact even able to login to the admin panel uploaded on the server.

I am a customer of HostingRaja for a few years and Using their Cloud server for my Websites. I had a problem with my Website, and my web developer didn't know how to solve it. So I contacted the technical support of HostingRaja, and they fixed the issue I was facing with my Website in just a few minutes, I was so happy. Being a customer of HostingRaja for years, I would happily say they have one of the best technical support teams because several hosting companies don't provide proper support when a customer is facing a problem.
Hostingraja provides cheap hosting solutions but their hosting never works.
There are lots of error an their system crashes now and then.
Staff though good but lacks technical skill.

I have many websites and multiple hosting accounts with hosting providers. I just gave hostingraja a try due to its competitive rate.
They are very quick to respond and I bought very quickly but then starts actual misery! Here is my experience:
- They have very limited technology advancement and security. Your website will suffer from attacks.
- If you just call their customer service, they are fast to pick up the call but they just promise that they will solve the issue & never look into it.
- Their server are slow and filters are blocking essential functionality. When I called them they say it's security!... Seriously, is this your answer?
- They don't pay attention to issue. They just keep on speaking narrated answers! Pathetic customer service!
I just left my account even without asking for refund. I can't imagine what I have to go through for refund if already bought services are such poor. I don't want to waste my time anymore.
I had gone through review sites before buying & surprisingly review was good everywhere. I guess this is their marketing trick to put misleading reviews on sites.
Anyways I am just making sure others don't suffer due to this false marketing.

After reading good reviews on its website, I had a very good impression that this company provides good service but I was wrong. When I wanted to buy their hosting. They were proactive and calling me as soon as I selected any WordPress plan. I bought their sliver WordPress plan. Since that day my website is always down and they always reply that as per our check, it is working properly. Then they asked me to upgrade my plan to platinum WordPress plan. I also did that but their service was the absolutely same. I have request to you all please do not buy their hosting. They will be proactive to take money. They will provide little cheaper hosting compared to other companies but in reality it will cost you a lot because your website will always be down and if you try to reach their customer support. They will lie and always reply you the absolutely same that it is working well. I am regretting to buy their hosting. Please do not buy it. You will lose your business and customers both. It will cost you super expensive.
