I am a Realtor in Virginia Beach, Va. I have never seen quite a tool for anyone to use. I used my own property and, with the exception of some improvements not yet reported, the information is very accurate.

Photo feature is fun, but real advantage is that they somehow get new listings faster than others. In a hot market, we've been the first to see a couple new homes and just went under contract because of that.

These guys know what their doing. I've been in this business for 15 years and they have finally cracked the code on how to deliver the most relevant and accurate information in a very simple and user friendly layout..

The best and easiest to use of all the big home search apps by far! Easier to search and has listings that don't show up in the other apps. And made it easy to work quickly with our agent right in the app. A life saver when you have to make offers fast! I guess it isn't available everywhere yet but we're so happy it worked for us!

Found this app while out looking for new homes and OMG! It is a awesome built in realtor. I have been able to stop take a photo and get the info I need without being harrassed by overzealous salesmen. Love this app!!

Love this app. It connects me to the MUltiple Listing Service just like an agent. The new listings show up here faster than any other app. I also love the ability to see what nearby homes sold for and what they are worth today. Great job

I have been using this product for few weeks now. It works great, bug free, home valuations are quite accurate estimations considering how quickly it provides the numbers.
I was in the market for purchase and looking for a similar app. It's not going give you an exact price but get you in the ball park which was great.

This is one of my favorite apps. Today we looked at real estate in several small towns. If I liked an area I could quickly determine the price structure of the neighborhood just by taking a picture of several of the surrounding homes! It's worked every time!!! Thank you!!!

Every time I use this app it works and gives us an idea of the pricing in different residential areas. Even if you're curious when you see a beautiful home, you can quickly snap a pic and get all the info on it. Def a fun app. Enjoy! ;)

Fantastic tool to independently show buyers and sellers estimated house values. Really like the mapping function with Ariel photo. I was able to find the corners of a 56 acre parcel using this function. I has within 5 feet of the corner marker. The free leads are also tremendous.

Remember the price may be distorted by other factors,
such as tax and other government regulations. and locations "supply and demand!"

Clean and intuitive interface and seemingly comprehensive and accurate data (unlike Zillow). I barely ever use the "snap" feature but still find myself using this app almost exclusively over the myriad others.
