This company is a scam. I made the transaction on their website too quickly as they had the item I wanted at a discount. I wish I had done some research on them as I would have seen the other, many negative reviews. They contacted me via email that my item was out of stock but if I waited, I'd get an additional discount. I asked for an order cancellation. Their phone number no longer works and they will not email you back. Save yourself the time dealing with your credit card company or PayPal trying to get your money back and just avoid them.
Charm described as "large". Needs more definite a description. Charm arrived and has a definite front and back (hollow on that side.) Charms don't usually have "backs". A bit overpriced, I'd say, even though "on sale." My main complaint is this annoying website where what I'm now typing is so small and SO FAINT I can barely see what I'm writing. I do lots of on-line shopping and this one is worth just 2 stars. Sorry.
I ordered a Christmas music display based on the photo on the HomeBello website. What arrived was a completely different item. Josh at HomeBello said ship it back and they would credit the purchase plus freight. After I had to ask, they did credit the item but not the return shipping. Now, complete radio silence. There are many reputable vendors in the world. This isn't one of them. AVOID!
The picture frame I just bought from HomeBello is gorgeous and I can't wait to give it to my friend who is the bride. Beautiful, quality piece and I'm actually going to buy one for myself. So impressed with their selection in beautiful gifts.
Somehow my salad forks disappear one by one (most likely thrown away on a paper plate). I had a hard time finding replacements until HomeBello appeared on Google. My order was processed with an immediate reply and I should receive the forks very soon (and no shipping charge). Great service for sure!:-)
This is not a company doing business based on all these horrible reviews and now my experience. This is a scam to STEAL from consumers and this is FRAUD! Placed an order that was in stock, next day receive an email that it's now on back order and I have 36 days to cancel and to advise. No one will return my numerous emails asking if it will be available again and the company does not have a telephone number, only text which they will also not respond to. Save your money, you'll never see your product or refund with this scam outfit! Can someone of authority do something about this?!
We got some great unique dinnerware from this website they have some gorgeous place in platters that are very different. I was happy to see the items of arrived undamaged. They even had a discount for ordering online and free shipping.
Whats so special about Homebello.com is they dont quote unbelievable prices and discount them like many others. I had ordered Rigaud Complete Large Standard Candle for hosting a beautiful and romantic candle light dinner and which turned a memorable night for me. Like every buyer I too researched for suitable deals, but found none like in this website. So, you dont need to worry about your purchases right at here.
Really loved the jewelry I ordered! There was an issue over a cup that I ordered being on back order but it was solved fast and efficiently. Will order again from here!
Shipping took a while but they did email me about my order which is good. In the end I love my items!

I recently ordered some gorgeous tea cups and saucers. They told me as they were on back order, I would receive a 5% discount. The order arrived 2 weeks later with no breakage.
The packer included 2 more cups and saucers than I had ordered, and Nikki graciously told me to keep them as a gift from her.
I would highly recommend this company to my friends for their excellent service and product quality.

I placed an order for some small pots that had no lead time. They never arrived so I emailed to see when they were shipping. The ETA kept getting moved back (which I understand) but I had to keep reaching out to hear anything. The last time I reached out it had been over 6 months since placing the order. Their reply was that they had just cancelled it. I understand shipping and lead times are a bit crazy right now, but I was mostly disappointed with their short emails/reactions and then lack of care to follow up and then just cancelling my order without letting me know. I easily found the same pots on another site right after this last interaction :/

Like most of the men, I too dont have much idea about charms and pendants, but something struck me when I was browsing Homebello.com and I bought this Two-Tone Gold Rose Virgin Mary Pendant for my wife. And guess what? She was surprised and extremely pleased with it. Moreover, I benefited because I received the pendant at a slashed rate (a big discount, mind it!)
Don't waste your time. They advertise products that they don't have. Customer service reps are idiots. I asked why do you have this online for sale if you don't have it in stock? Their reply: "Get a life". Total SCAM!
I've seen these bad reviews on here and I just don't believe them! I have been communicating back and forth with the company and they have been so helpful and really seem to care about their customers! I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. I ordered a necklace pendant from them and a man named Josh from their customer service email did not leave me wondering where my item has been and I am receiving it tomorrow. Honestly if you have questions just email them because they have been very nice and caring.
I asked about a product they had on their website for sale. They only accept text messages - no phone calls. After a few text messages they told me they don't have any of that product in stock. I asked them why they were selling something they don't have in stock? The person that responded said, "U worry about your own biz".
Complete $#*! - don't even bother with this company! They are probably a scam company trying to get credit card info - so glad I didn't order from them!

I received four lovely fantasy green (pastel lime green) rice bowls recently. Arrived in perfect condition, professionally wrapped. I've owned various Bordallo Pinheiro majolica (green) over the years and I'm thoroughly enjoying using the HomeBello rice bowls as well as the matching dinner plates and cereal bowls everyday or whenever I have guests! Looking forward to getting two more cereal bowls to complete my collection!

I'm going to the police, the BBB, my bank and card issuer, and to the OWNER of L'Objet, whom I just happen to have met once, when I interviewed with him for a management position in their boutique in Harrods London, where I already worked, just a couple of boutiques away, for another luxury homewares brand. I was offered the job, but had to turn it down because my husband's work was sending us from London to Berlin. Trust me: if anyone CAN take this company down, it's me -- and I intend to!
