I get the gender inclusive fad that's going on, but H&M is just degrading the styles it used to have for femininity-loving women. I prefer the classic feminine curve loving clothes. I used to go to the website and find several things to buy at once! Sometimes I had to control myself from buying too much. I just can't seem to find anything beautiful anymore! Please restore the women's category to what it should be and while you want to include androgynous styles, I don't see why you cannot just do both! Keep the classic styles and add in a few hipster / boxy / gender-inclusive styles. Maybe you can make it into it's own category! Don't stop selling the nice curve hugging styles!
My shopping experience was a fair one. Everything was going well until I decided to check out. The young man at the counter had a lazy and awful attitude. Almost as if he hated his job. It was unpleasant.
This place is awfully... after a month of telling me by package is stuck in wear house I receive an email saying they received my return and a refund has been issued. Called customer service to let them know package never left wear house and i' m still waiting on my order. Long store short, since it has been refunded nothing they can do about it now. Awful customer service, I will never be shopping with H&M again.
Terrible customer service, no solutions, constantly gave the run around and they're hard to understand. Package was incomplete, I told them what I received he proceeds to lie and say that the status of the 2nd package states in transit, when it says delivered. Very frustrated.
2nd time ordering in 2023, the first time I was charged 7 times for an order that was not processed and told they could not refund because they could not find the account.
H&M used to be a respected and reliable brand, not anymore You should NEVER shop there.
Bought a bunch of stuff online and spent more than I would have liked just to hit the free shipping limit. So when I go to return it what I didn't like or fit the way it thought it would, I find they don't return in store and charge $4.99 for returns. So basically they don't want to provide you with customer service and want to keep your money. For a company THIS big, they don't take Amex as form of payment and don't offer options for return without stealing your money.
So now I'm stuck with crap that don't fit and are awful quality because I made the mistake of not paying for shipping. Lesson learnt, won't be shopping there again.
I have ordered from H&M a couple of times and have never had an issue. Prior to ordering I was looking at some reviews and comments on Facebook which made me hesitant to place an order. All of my orders were received in a reasonable time frame with the correct items. If I recall I think they even offer free returns now (I may be mistaken on that but thought I seen that the last time I ordered). They have really cute stuff, decent quality and always seem to have a sale on something.
Don't order anything if you want it within the next few weeks. Their processing time is awful. We called last year about an order and they said "due to the volume of orders" it was taking extra time in the warehouse. No special events. This year, they said the same thing. Love their clothes, don't order online.
I love their clothes selection. Yes, often it does not fit me ( curvy petite) or they are so cheap that I cannot buy, but I always leave the store with one or two things, and know exactly what else to buy to be "in" the fashion of the hour. Great experience, I am hooked...
I ordered a few items April 13. I paid online as due to the current situation they have disabled cash or payment on delivery. Finally my things arrived May 13 and the courier requests I pay... again! I've emailed them 3 time with no response. Forget calling the company, the number disconnects and never rings. NEVER AGAIN
I am a quite often shopper of H&M. I am always gladly impressed by the range of clothes as well as accessories. The price is definitely reasonable and much lower than alternatives offer. Very good quality of underwear. However, be careful with pullovers. I have bought 2 pullovers from this shop and the quality ended up being poor. After a couple of washings the size and color changed.
Despite everything, I can say that I like this shop and the service I got. Shop assistants were always nice to me. Recommend visiting :)
I ordered my 6 year olds school clothes online. It came from 2 different warehouses. The first warehouse's package got here in about one week. The second warehouse package was in processing for weeks before I checked my order status online to find it had been cancelled. "Unfortunately, this item couldn't be delivered." On ALL of my items from that warehouse. I called their customer service and received ATTITUDE when I asked what that meant. She was trying to say that they couldn't deliver my package to my house. Then she looked up my order and found that H&M cancelled my order because it was taking them too long to process it in their warehouse. So instead of processing my daughter's school clothes, lets say "screw it" and toss this order out because its too hard to do their job. NEVER will I EVER use H&M online again! So much for online exclusive. Hopefully I receive the refund she said I would get. However, according to other reviews, I can kiss that money goodbye.
I've had free shipping on things bought from china come in less than a week. H&M gives you some bull$#*! tracking that says your package is within your city- but in reality, is nowhere near! Canada post then gives you an email that has tracking number. Lo and behold, the package is still not received by canada post.
What?! What in the $#*! is that "Shipped" status beside my order is then? If its not shipped, don't mark it as such. Been a solid week now, and still no update from Canada post.
Last time that I'll be buying from this $#*!ing online store. Such a waste of time and money. And the kicker, lack of any transparency regarding your packages. What a sack of $#*!s.
The quality of clothes here is appropriate. You know, when you need some denim jackets, jeans or other stuff, you can easily attend any affiliate of this company and buy whatever you want.
You won't be disappointed about the apparel quality, however, it's not a top segment.
Still, this company continues to be irreplaceable for me in case I need to fill up by wardrobe.
I am very dissatisfied from the quality of hoodie bought by me on 15. December 2021, I came to know about this just after one wash but now at the store they are saying you should not have washed it, but when did they informed me prior for the same... very much dissatisfied.
Same situation. Just return it to their warehouse.and never did i receive my refund after that. I paid for 2100. Yet nothing refunded on my account. Ur a bull$#*! and its fraud H&M! Will never buy for the rest of my life! Thought ur a good dealer but u wer the worst ever!
I placed an order and was expecting to receive my order in 3-10 days.its been 12 days now and i still havent received any notification from h&m. I called the support center and found out that they are not sure when i will receive my package. I was told that it might take 1 or 2 more weeks. I asked her to cancel my order which she said she cant.its my worst customer service experience. She was rude and sounded like she was drunk. I regret ordering from h&m. I suggest everyone not to buy anything from them.
This company took forever just to package some items I ordered. I needed the following items for a baby shower. It's still sitting in the warehouse and has yet to be shipped. They said I wouldn't receive my order until later on next week. By then my baby shower will be over, I asked for the customer service agent to cancel my order but she would not. They are not helpful and clearly do not care about their customers. They have already took the money and have yet to send my product. I'm so over this entire company.
I have been buying clothes from H&M for years, especially for my daughter who is now 6. I bought her a coat a few weeks ago and the zipper is not working. It is very frustrating and takes us forever to get it to zip up. My daughter gets tears in her eyes, and her teachers have complained that they cannot assist her at getting dressed every recess. I took the coat back and the manager said that because i have no tag and have written her name on the label that says "NAME" inside that he cannot do anything about it- even though they have plenty of the same coats in the store. He said that it could be "wear and tear" and that there's nothing they can do. Seriously? Wear and tear after a mere few weeks? And i suppose we should keep all tags and receipts forever from H&M? This is ridiculous. Cheap quality and even worse service. Good bye H&M. There are plenty of other stores that want our business. The male manager at the Kingsway Mall H&M in Edmonton is rude and arrogant.
Bought something online, the week after, package was delivered but left outside and was stolen. After a few weeks H&M supposedly issued refund and I have yet to receive it. I keep getting the run around.It's been close to a month already. I was perfectly fine with them just sending back my items that were stolen but they said they had to refund me. If there's a next time I will contact my bank before anything else!
I recently bought my kids their back to school clothes at H&M, as I always do. The store was very busy and I can totally understand why the check out lady was overwhelmed. When I got home (an hour and a halfs drive from the nearest H&M) i realized the tags were still on a few of the multi packs i bought. So, naturally I emailed. At first i got a great response and was told they completely understand why cant just drive to return as i live too far away. They put me in touch with the back office to organize the refund. Then started the very long thread of emails. I had to keep sending photos of the tags then the receipt, then the price, tags, then they needed the wash label from inside the clothes and then they asked me to send more photos of the tags and so on. It is still not resolved and it looks like after 3 weeks it might never be. I am so disappointed.
