Heirloom generally hgas everything I need for my roses. In addition, my questions are answered in an informative way. All my shipments have arrived in excellant condition and I feel sorry for them to subject them to the Florida weather. But even this record high temperature summer has affected them only slightly.
Everything I want is in stock and I have had very good luck with these roses. Especially, since I am a novice with roses.
Not a knowledgeable rose gardener myself, I recently made a mistake in ordering five beautiful hybrid tea roses for a friend of mine. I had no idea that when they arrived at her northern New Mexico address and there was snow on the ground and overnight temperatures in the teens that my gift would be less than welcomed and cause her to panic rather than to be happy.
She refused delivery, called the company, was instructed to take them back to the deliverer, which was Fed-Ex, she hesitated when requested to pay the shipping fee, BUT all was resolved. I received a full refund, and she received the full shipping fee she had paid to return them.
I am sorry I made that error, but I am very grateful to Heriloom Roses for being so prompt and helpful in resolving our issue. In the future, I will check ahead with gardening friends to make sure I am choosing the appropriate gift at the appropriate time of year.
I am thrilled with my Roses. They are beautiful. They arrived and I watched the unboxing video so I would do everything correctly. Their quality is remarkable I have ordered and purchased numerous plants for my garden but non compare to these roses. The ordering process, correspondence, packaging, delivery, and product are unmatched.
I was happy to find another of the elusive Lady Elsie Mae rose that survived and thrived in the Texas Snowapocalypse and subsequent drought. A nice surprise was a good selection of musk roses, so I am taking a chance with a lovely purple one. So many pretty roses. Mine arrived well packed and in such good shape. The website was easy to navigate. The difficult part was choosing which ones to purchase.

I am so glad I can send this rose to a very special person. It will be a surprise to her. It is her favorite and because of a move she could not take the one planted here with her. She is so looking forward to planting the bush and enjoying the fragrant blooms.
I wrote to Heirloom Roses a month ago about a problem with a rose I bought. Immediately I received a notice that "a Customer Service Representative would get back to me soon". Fast forward to today and I have heard nothing. Correct that, I've heard nothing concerning my issue but I have received daily solicitations to buy more roses. I should also say that when I bought the rose, I fell for the pitch that I needed the bone meal, fish worms etc to help my rose grow. The rose is as dead as a door nail. Don't buy from this place.
John, I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your rose. We do have a one year warranty for any roses that do not survive their first year. I would like to look up your warranty request. The order was delivered on time and plants arrived in great condition. Rose plants have been planted in pots and seem to be doing good so far. Overall shopping experience has been great and the process is seamless.
Everything went fine til I checked out. I saw the ad that said last day to get Heirloom Roses at 50% off, use Promo Code Mother 23. But when I checked out, there was no deduction and it went to checkout so quickly that I couldn't stop it. :(
I am an avid rose gardener. Unfortunately I fell and have significant injuries to my shoulder and neck. I had the remaining four roses from Heirloom to be delivered but I had to cancel my orders. Heirloom roses very generously cancelled, refunded and responded quickly. I have over 15 roses from Heirloom roses this season. It was a reassurance that Heirloom not only have excellent roses but excellent customer care. Thank you Heirlooms!

I received my roses in a timely matter and they were packaged very well. They were easy to plant, but I had a few questions about the weather conditions and so I got in touch with customer service and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend heirloom.

They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I wish I had never opened an account with them. They just want to take your money, They send unhealthy plant to the customer and don't allow returns or even replacement. I found one plant they sent to me was unhealthy and reported to them 5 days after I received it. They don't answer the emails, and they are not accommodating over the phone (after an interminable hold). I have called again and again, I escalated to the manager and then * at Heirloom Roses told me she would terminate my account, no refund, no replacement, I am not their customer any more, then she ended the phone call.

Customer account was terminated due to continual verbal abuse and harassment. We made every attempt to offer to credit the account and customer refused. All call recordings have been reviewed and the account was terminated and a cease and desist letter was sent to the customer. Customer was refunded.
The website is very easy to use with clear descriptions and many pictures. My account is accessible to review and purchases and 'keep' any favorites. Any issues I've had have been promptly resolved. The many roses I've purchased have been healthy, beautiful, and packaged with care.
It was easy to see that they love their roses, and they love what they do. The amount of communication after placing the order was unexpected and welcomed. The videos were helpful in knowing what to expect and what to do when the roses arrived. Well done!
I am overjoyed with the idea of a catalogue where I can plan my rose choices with colors in front of me as I walk around my yard. I love the online info but really love the idea of a hands on catalogue.
I purchased $300 worth of roses. They were for fall planting. I filled out all the information they wanted. I told them I did not use fertilizer but they said I did and so they will not warrant the 2 roses that didn't make it out of the 8. Roses arrived very late possibly from covid but we had already had snow. I would think that the others being alive would show that I know how to plant roses.
Very poor service with very slow responses. They do as not trying to keep customers happy. I wish I would have seen all the other bad reviews beforehand.

As a follow up to the initial review below, I received notification from Heirloom Roses that they would not even replace the dead roses because I planted them when I received them (10/1/2020), citing I planted them during a "frost date". I live in Zone 5b. I've planted roses here in November.
The title pretty much says it all. CS nasty, not helpful, not professional. They do not stand by their product and will NOT refund your money for dead plants. DO NOT USE!

Answer: I live in 8b and prune in November. Watch the weather as they should tell you when six weeks before the first frost happens. I prune again in April after the last frost and before the buds turn red and swell.
