I shave everything but my eyebrows and eye lashes, and blend my own shaving oil. No soap of any kind is involved during the actual shave, just the pre-shave, and my shaving life is grand.
The blades work great especially in combination with the all metal Winston handle that I ordered. I have a copy of the Truman (2nd best), and two of the Winston, one is all metal (best) and the other has some rubber components (3rd best).
Love Harry's! Amazing products and timely shipping! Plus, they don't automatically dump you completely if you miss a payment or two, just put your account on hold ;D
I originally bought this razor for myself because every ladies razor I used tore me up. All the branded blades with the moisturizer attachment with the feminine names and pastel colors left me scarred. Then I let my husband try my new razor. So now we are both dedicated Harry's users. So are my sons and everyone else we know. Spectacular product and service.
Superior products, superior customer service (the best I've seen in YEARS), flexible, easy to navigate. I have used Harry's now for ~a year. I love it so much I bought my son a handle and we share a shave plan. We love it so much we send my Dad a shave plan too. He loves it and says it's the best shave he's had in his 83 years of shaving. Switched to Harry's 3 months ago from expensive big name razor company and totally love it! I was always forgetting which fancy brand name "ultra" or "pro" I was using, and then had to buy different razors for each type and then often found store out of stock with either, and promoting yet another (ugh!)... very satisfied with Harry's simple approach and great razor quality - no hassles whatsoever. I have been using Harry's razors for sometime now and find the blades are the best I have ever used. I recently ordered a new handle because I wanted a change from my original one. It arrived promptly with my regular order of blades. I could not be happier with the products which in addition to being of excellent quality are very good value for the money. In addition the customer service is second to none. If only all vendors and service providers were as good, life would be so much better.
Been using the blades for about 4 years. Liked them, but no trimmer. Made suggestion, got a response they were working on it and trimmer appeared on blades about 6 mos later. Really like the orange rubber grip on the razor. It's well balanced, light and makes for a firm, comfortable grip. The stainless razor I felt was hard to hold on to. The base for the razor is a really nice touch. The blade holder and travel cover are pluses. Customer service is excellent and responsive. Just ordered the thai basil facial mist. Love it. Light, refreshing and a calming fragrance. No complaints here.
