I'm so glad I get to never spend money on Gillette again. These blades are so much cheaper and basically the exact same quality. The entire blade width is a little too wide so it makes detail shaving a little harder but these blades are great. Customer service is wonderful and it makes a huge difference to be able to shave as frequently as I need to without having to worry about rationing out my blades because they're so expensive. I love this service

The razor is so great, so smooth and easy to use so unfortunately it keeps disappearing from my hisband's sink. He is constantly retrieving his Harry's Razor from my sons room, my daughters shower, and I must admit often from me. I've been a Quattro Pro guy for years, and I appreciate a well made cartridge shaver. However, when it was time for my son to start shaving (sigh), the cost of those cartridges made me roll my eyes. Noticed an ad for Harry's, and I liked the idea of the free handle and free shipping, so I gave it a try for him. Then I tried his once myself.
The shaver is really good, attractive, and easy to use. The blades seem about as good as the Mach 3, possibly as good as the Quattro Pro's, and the price is about half.
They are not a sell-it-and-forget it firm, either. They understand that making customers happy is job one. You will get check in emails from customer support -- not too many, but enough to know they are aware of you, inviting help with any problems, questions, or other issues. I wrote them a couple of times about very minor things and the response was swift, personalized, meaningful and friendly. You'll also get a few of the usual ads and offers. Again, not so many that you feel inundated.
Overall I'm impressed. When I run out of my own cartridges, I will probably switch to Harry's as well.
My husband loves the quality of Harry's shaving products. They make his favorite razors and shave cream. He once belonged to the other "shave club" but after trying Harry's... there is no comparison!
I have lost so many razors because the company brings out a new model and then all the old blades don't fit the new razor or I have a good razor but no blades fit it now. With Harry's that is no longer a problem. Perfect razor with matching blades arriving every two months. Never find myself stuck without the perfect blade!
I am not a beard guy and so having a nice fresh razor, as opposed to using one from some expensive on for months, is my preference... Harry's does it for me. I also like their shave gel. And I usually dislike shave gels.
Other than the quality of products the icing on the cake is I don't have to think about making sure I go to the store and buy them or make sure I don't run out Harry's takes care of that for me. (Grateful)
As a man who shaves both his face and head, I have tried them all, even the other membership razors, and Harry's beats them. The shave is one of the closest smoothest non irritating shaves a man can get. I will not let another razor touch my face or scalp.
Harry's is the best razor ever. I've given them as gifts to all my family and to several good friends. Everyone in San Antonio loves Harry's razors. Keep up the great work.
I have used several different disposable razors over many years. I always had problems with them. Every brand I used I would get cut at least once or twice a month because the quality control was poor or the blades would not be sharp and I would throw them away sometimes after the first shave. Harry's blades are sharp every time! I have not cut myself even once since I started using Harry's. I did have a problem with the first Harry's blade I used. I was used to pushing hard against my face to get a closer shave with the old blades. With Harry's I got razor burn the first time because I was pushing to hard. I am very happy with Harry's blades!
Harry's provides a close smooth shave. Love having them auto delivered so need to worry about running out of blades!
I've been receiving my Shaving products from Harry's for about two years. They provide excellent service and and reliable quality. It's the best shave I've ever had! My wife used my products so frequently I had to order her her own. Keep up the good work.

I have a reasonably tough beard, I shave daily, and I change blades once a month. Harry's blades stay sharper, longer, and are a bit less expensive that the brand I was using before. I'm a satisfied customer, though Harry may want me to buy blades more often.
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.
Answer: Absolutely! There are lots of women who use our razors so we'd definitely encourage you to give them a try.
Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
