I ordered a wig on July 30th. Today is August 10th and I have not received a confirmation email or anything. I find it extremely unprofessional that the company takes payment for the wig but does not send you an email or anything letting you know that they are working on your wig. I have emailed their customer service and sent Hairvivi a DM on instagram and have not heard anything. I'm starting to worry because I was planning to have this wig for an event on August 13th. At this point I want to cancel my order, but can not even do that. I know that Hairviv has really nice wigs because this is actually my second time ordering with them; however, this did not happen the first time I ordered.

I recently purchased a Hair Vivi wig. The Hair Vivi website says- YOU CAN RETURN THEIR WIGS,.
"FAT LIE". I had been 2 times to Fedex and what Hair Vivi says is incorrect.
They know to ship anything to China is almost impossible. Hair Vivi just waits until you get tire of all the running around they tell you to do and give up. I had to apply for Export Agreement, I still can't ship the item.

What a joke!

I brought the Ariel prepluck wig in 18" and it is stunning. I choose this wig for the 180% density and it does not disappoint. Hair is thick with looks very natural. Everyone thinks it's my hair!

ATTENTION: THIS HAIR IS NOT WORTH IT! ON HAIRVIVI.COM WEBSITE, THEY CLAIM THAT THE HAIR IS 100% VIRGIN HAIR! THIS IS A BOLDFACE LIE! I BLEACHED THE "NICOLE DARK BROWN" UNIT THREE TIMES AND THERE WERE STILL VERY BLACK STRANDS. I PULLED THEM OUT AND THEY WERE THICK DARK STRANDS, SIMILAR TO A SYNTHETIC FIBER... INTERESTING, RIGHT? I PAID NEARLY $400 FOR A BLENDED WIG? COME ON. HAIRVIVI IS LITERALLY ROBBING THEIR CUSTOMERS! ALL FOR WHAT? FOR MONEY? HOW DESPICABLE! IVE BEEN WEARING WEAVES, WIGS AND EXTENSIONS FOR YEARS! I KNOW 100% HUMAN HAIR FROM A HUMAN BLENDED WIG LIKE THE WIGS SOLD AT HAIRVIVI. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They scammed me out of 630$ and insulted me as a transgender along with my light skin tone to which their lace IS NOT hd lace and they are falsely advertising that it is so it will NOT blend in with any skin tone as HD lace is supposed to, google it, they offered me 10$ refund for a 630$ wig because I'm transgender

I waited a year to do my review so I can give people full context. I am a male, who is mixed race black/white, my hair is fine and is the 16inches, so I got the 16in. Unit. I do have thinner hair on top due to radiation exposure and made this purchase while I save for the hair transplant.

Now, I want to say that it is great out of the box, for those who like more volume you can certainly wear it from the box, the perimeter is pre-plucked and to me was very realistic, and the framing of the hairline is very natural, it is a tiny bit reddish tint on the cappuccino last from tinting, so I'm gonna try the lighter one, I wish it was transparent lace. I am fortunate to have a roommate that works in a salon, so they put layers in it and "took some weight out" as he says lol: volume-wise. So it became very natural. I plucked the heck out of the part lol although it looked good from the start, I will say being new I over-plucked the sides so I'm buying a new one.

The unit had no smell and minimum shedding and I use the Tresemme Keratin Smooth Shampoo/Conditioner and flat iron spray. It does swell a little in humidity like human hair and it looks like a fresh blow-out, with little tangles from the nape when sweating, but not too crazy. I get hella compliments and they think it's mine. You can wear it glueless for sure, as I did a lot. Im a sweater so here in NYC in the summer I use the Ebin Active and do 3 spray-on layers and it's good all day.

Sorry, my review is so long. The photo in the salon is my hair before braiding and then the unit after cutting/layering and taking some bulk out, the others are me with it on.

On May 31,2022, I purchased the Ciara wig on Hairvivi.com. When I received the wig, I noticed the hair was very thin at the ends and the lace was over bleached. Since the quality of the hair was nice, I decided to exchange the item. BIG Mistake! The return and exchange process is incredibly long and strenuous. First you have to email customer service, which is old school. ( I don't understand why they don't streamline the whole return and exchange process). Also, they are solely based in China, so you have to wait almost 15 days for your package to get clear from a 10 day sanitation period due to the lockdowns. It would take you almost a month to get an exchange or refund. That is not practical. Especially at these prices. On July 11,2022, I received my exchange wig and the hairline was completely unplucked and the wig cap was too small. It was smaller than original wig that was sent to me. I believe that this company is providing higher quality wigs to their sponsored influencers while giving some customers lower quality wigs. I had to return the wig again on July 14,2022 for a refund. I had a trip coming up and now I am stuck styling my own hair. This company may provide decent wigs, but It is a painful process if you have an issue that needs to be corrected. They would have better customer service if they had a warehouse based in the US. Since they don't, customers who have issues with their orders are more likely to have a poor customer service experience. FYI I'm still waiting on my refund and it is 7/26/22. They need to improve their return and exchange operations if they want to retain customers.

Some people may want the scalp look more natural and then use the fake scalp method when they wear the wigs. Though this method do will let the scalp of the wig very natural just like your own. But when you adopt that method, it will not succeed all the time. Because it do need some skills and someone may find it is very difficult to realize it. For those beginners who want have a natural scalp color, it is not friendly and unrealizable. Even though you have mastered in this method, it will take too many time (at least one hour) and need many tools like glue, spray and cap. Sometimes you need hurry to a interview or a date, this method may let you late for those important occasions. And if you want to wash it, it would be more complicated because you need to take it down, and next time you wear it, you have to repeat the same routine. It is way too tiring.
Now Hairvivi pre-made fake scalp wig has solved the problem for all wig-wearer. They create a new wig with fake scalp which really change the game and take it to a new level. If you don't know how to bleach, pluck or do the scalp method, that is okay because Hairvivi has done all of them for you. You don't need to worry many problems, like "there a weird shadow under the hair", "the parting is too dark or too light", "my wig is so fake and make me awkward" or "that method is complicated and wastes me too many time". When you wear the fake scalp wig from Hairvivi, these troubles will disappear. It is a literally "do-nothing wig" and combine convenience and beauty all together. The wig has already been attached with a bald cap in lighter or darker color, which seems a little movement but very revolutionary. So when you receive the wig, you just need to get it out of the box, wear it and cut the lace off, then everything is done. Less manipulation, less time, less trouble but more beauty, maybe that is the best description for the fake scalp wig from Hairvivi.

I bought Two wigs Mia long 180 density and Nara symmetrical cut both were the worst wigs I ever seen the hairline was horrible lace wasn't HD and density 180 was not for Mia long when you send them pic to prove the products has multiple problems instead of excepting you are not happy and want your full refund they insist for to tamper with wig make excuses for how it came in a box and shipping has nothing to do with the pics I can show you and waiting on a response now on the pic I sent with my custom form receipt I pay almost $100 to ship back to return sender while receiving emails about how to fix wig on my head to hide defects, I paid a lot of money for each wig together cost me $682 and I had to take it a step further to make sure they are aware their products were shipped out and I will not be doing any fixing or tampering to cover anything on my head because this is absolutely not what I wanted and paid for if I don't hear from them bout what I emailed them about which was photo of proof it was sent back thru custom and how long will it take to refund my full amount back to my card. I feel like they want you to threaten them with lawyers and banks to get involved with this situation which can be handle a lot better with all the money there customers spend. No more excuse about how the business is lacking workers aren't efficient with work I want my full refund or else it will get into lawsuit which will cost them more then my refund

The wig is beautiful. Silky human hair, perfect coloring and the fit is top notch!

I want to start off by saying, I was beyond skeptical of my purchase and took weeks, if not months before deciding to make a purchase from an online store. This is an investment that I did not take likely.

Before reviewing my Afrolista 13x6 lace-front, I wanted to wear it for a few weeks and have the chance to wash it a couple of times to see how it would hold up. I've had textured lace-fronts before, they are my favorite. However, they tend to snag and shed like crazy, so they don't last very long and they are challenging to maintain. And because of the density of the hair (this totally surprised me), I expected that I would have a hard time managing it - combing & brushing. Truthfully, I have not had that experience with this lace-front. It has shed VERY little in the 3 weeks I've had it, which is indicative of quality workmanship. It has shed so little that I actually cut out a few strands and burned them to confirm that it was actually human hair and not synthetic. It's human hair.

Secondly, after washing it a total of 2 times so far, it hasn't (a) tangled and become unmanageable, and (b) changed texture after washing. The texture has remained consistent, and I continue to brush and comb it with ease with no snagging or loss of hair.

I chose the mocha lace color and it matches and blends into my skin tone pretty well. Be warned though, there is a chemical smell when you first unwrap your new purchase, which is off-putting. I'm assuming the smell is a remnant of the texturizing process. This smell has pretty much disappeared after 2 washes and conditioning and I think it will be totally gone once I get that 3rd wash in. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and will definitionally make another purchase in the near future.

My Catherine wig is exactly what I see in the pictures, I got the 18 inch, 13x6 lace frontal. I don't need to do bleaching or plucking. I was worried about the quality of a dyed wig. But the hair does not have any smell or sheds. I am totally surprised! This hair is very smooth and the density is perfect for the length I got which is 160% density. Don't second guess! Just get it! The price is worthy for such great quality hair!
