Greatmats site and it is very informative. I really appreciated the product specifications and suggested uses. Very good base of quality customer reviews as well to help make an informed decision. We (actually my wife did most of it while I was working) put down our new flooring in a section (8 x 12) of my garage and love it. Just enough cushion to allow me to do ground contact exercise (lunges, push ups, kneeling exercises), but stable enough to do cardio movement based exercise as well. Perfect balance for our needs.

My kid's love the lime green and orange we are doing. Each wall in our basement has been painted a neon color too. It just looks like one big play place to party at. Our basement is nice and bright between the foam tiles and the crazy paint colors I choose. Which kid's love! We are very satisfied. They have held up to four kid's all 5 and under and our 86 pound golden retriever who's 5'8" on his back legs. Money well spent.
Videos showing use of the products would be helpful in making a purchase decision. The price was right and seems to match initial quality (good!). Shipped within a few days and arrived within a week with free shipping. Overall experience would have been 4.2 stars if that was an option. Thank you Greatmats!
I found out much later in the payment process that you didn't have the number of tiles I wanted in the cork option. I ended up ordering a different color. Also address line input was unclear and strange. The system didn't understand my unit number. This mix up slowed the processing down and involved an extra call and email to sort out for the credit card company. Also, the FedEx situation made the delivery seem more complicated than it needed to be. I received the mats and they look and feel great.
I made several contacts by phone (left messages) and by email to try to obtain samples as advertised. I even left a message stating exactly what samples I wanted with the address but no response. I was never able to talk with anyone or get samples. This occurred over a period of two months. Finally just ordered and hoped for the best. Terrible customer service.

I like the quality and sturdiness of the mats but I received my shipment in two boxes not a big deal there but one box was a slightly different color. I would have preferred the color all be matching. So his makes me really hesitant o make another purchase.
Reps. Were very helpful. Why I had to call was calculator button would not work. I gave my order over the phone then I received the wrong color. Should have been blue got delivered pink. When I called lady said order sheet said pink. I replied a course it said pink that's why you sent wrong color. It was written wrong. Her reply was, send it back when we get it we will send the blue.

It was impossible to change quantity once entered to check the balance between price per mat with shipping estimated (that's why I just added five more mats as a separate order item- site wouldn't let me change the quantity to 15!). Available 'freight' shippers definitely a negative factor: they do not unload and they will not enter your driveway so that you can break open the pallet and offload by yourself. Will definitely not order from you again. On the Great Mats site it does advise_after_ you place your order that the freight Handler is not required to offload your order- but it does not mention anything about them not entering your driveway (in my case, more than 150 yards to the barn/stables).
Easy ordering and the quality of the mats are great. However, I ordered 2,4'x10' mats to fit a very specific area. One mat is measured perfectly, while the other mat is 11'x8". Upon calling customer service I was told that the mats aren't necessarily cut to the length listed and rooms rarely run square so, just to cut the mat to size. I did not buy these mats expecting to have to cut them to fit the space and the issue wasn't the size of my space, it is the size of the mat.
Ordered the tan and light grey squares. Received a darker color listed as "yellow-brown" and light grey.
Easy to calculate number needed the area to be covered.
Really disappointed that there no trim/borders to finish out the area of mats.
I received the mats as ordered. The mats seemed to be good quality, as I did not remove them from the cartons. The color of the mats unfortunately was not as shown on line. The mats were returned to GreatMats due to color and not quality. I was issued a credit minus a restocking fee. The mats were to be used for an event and it was not timely to reorder others from GreatMats.
We purchased these to cushion our feet while in a 10x10 event tent. They look great and we are happy with them.

I'm so glad I came back for more! These floor tiles are high quality and have worked perfectly for the dance studio I'm setting up in my (somewhat damp) basement. Greatmats has an easy purchasing process and excellent customer service too.

Only (slight) issue: we live in a small house; exercise/TV room is small, too. Took fairly precise measurements of the part of the floor needing padding... but did not figure in the extra dimension of the edging pieces... so, properly edged, our new floor doesn't quite allow the door to be opened/closed all the way. Maybe advise customers of this added measurement, in the future?

The mats are beautiful and easy to click together. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because it was very difficult - if not impossible - to match the pieces up for a consistent pattern. A perfectionist would be driven crazy by this flaw
