It's a total scam now

I am not sure what happened to the website but it's a total scam now. I ordered couple dresses and pants 4 months ago and I still haven't received my order. They are lying that it's backordered and then apologized that the order is no longer available so I can order different clothes from them. I stopped buying anything from them and I told all my friends that are scammers now. I am going to write a review everywhere to let people know about them. SCAM!

I don't know what happened to this website but it seems like a big scam now. I ordered a dress June 22nd and still haven't received it and it's August 9th. I've sent tons of emails and the phone doesn't work! F@@k Greatglam! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

No response no refund

So I used to buy from this website long time ago and everything was great years past and I decided to start buying again one I bought two dresses and one was shipped to me but the other one was never shipped to me. They said it was in back order for 2 to 4 weeks then they said that the dresses and back order from four to six weeks. It's been 2 months and have not received anything I write to them and they do not answer. I don't know what happened to this website but it's not good anymore

I ordered a dress online on June 20, it's Aug 5 and I still haven't received it. I've emailed customer service twice, no response! I then complained to the BBB and they still haven't gotten a response. They're quick to take my money, but can't ship my stuff or respond to me! Shop elsewhere people!

What happened?
August 4, 2017

I've ordered from this company MANY times and was satisfied every time. I placed an order at the end of May and received an email saying my items were on back order. I sent an email asking about my order at the end of July asking when my items would be shipped and never received a reply.

This was my favorite online store but I'm wondering if they have changed ownership. I've noticed all of their items are $40+ now when the prices used to be extremely cheap. Their customer service is terrible now also.

I hope to receive my items or my money back soon.

Horrible customer service. Never wanted to refund my money on a order i never received! Thank God for paypal buyer protection. They refunded back. Never buying from this horrible site again. Worst online shopping experience ever!

ROBBERY!

GreatGlam randomly chooses when they want to waive shipping. It doesn't matter if you are doing an exchange. Very unethical. They do not communicate, nor care to resolve complaints. Everyone should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and sue them in Small Claims Court. I will be speaking to lawyers as they still have not delivered my goods since July 6th.

I have ordered my items on 17th June 2017 and then they deducted money from my account on 19th June 2017. Then after they deducted money from my bank, they send me an email saying 'Incomplete Order ". I tried calling them over 100 times now and I have also tried to email them and i got no response from them. I will never ever order from them again! Such a big disappointment.

I placed my first order in early May received my incomplete order the end of June. One item was backorder which I was charged not sure why and until this day I haven't received but was charged for, I sent all items back clothes were damage it took another month for them to process them and just so I can get a store credit which I will never buy from them again. All this happen with me emailing them back and forth literally almost everyday... I called the customer service # they never answer not sure how they can keep a business open with such a horrible customer service.

Ordered two months ago, package still has not shipped! Requested a refund for shipping based on the delay was told this "We cannot provide a specific arrival date or refund shipping as Special Order shipping was chosen."

Unfortunately, due to a processing issue with our previous manufacturer your order has been delayed and your remaining items are on back order with them which will delay the fulfillment of your order for 4-6 weeks from 6/14. We cannot provide a specific arrival date or refund shipping as Special Order shipping was chosen.

Over the past several months many of you have experienced delays for the delivery of the garments that you have ordered through our online store. Bad Service!

I ordered from here way back in June, I was wondering why I had never got a email letting me know my order was at least being processed! I knew that it said that they would have to special order it and it takes 2 to 3 weeks which was fine with me! I went to my account to check after 2 weeks and it shows that I haven't even placed a order, so I sent a email asking about my order! I got a reply stating that they was in the process of changing manufacturer's and that I would have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks! That's ridiculous! They need to stop with the BS and tell people that they are ordering all their items from Aliexpress and that's the reason it's taking so long. I order from Aliexpress all the time and it always takes them about 6 to 8 weeks for a delivery, you will be lucky if you get your items within a month! Great Glam is a horrible place and I will NEVER order from them again!

Purchase items from great glam once a year without issues until now. I have yet to receive my order that was placed almost 2 months ago. I was informed by email that manufacturer has changed; this is not the consumers problem. Perhaps great glam should discontinue the site until the manufacturing issue is resolved especially if they wish to keep loyal customers. As a result of this issue I will no longer shop great glam. I was recently introduced to fashion nova, an competitor that offers great clothing and free 2day shipping with orders of $75 or more, tracking included.

I got the worst service ever. I ordered my clothes early may and only end of may when I realized had not heard from them then they decided to ship my clothes four weeks later. This website should be closed. Two months down the line and I still haven't received my order. They offered me a 5 dollar gift certificate and were not able to ship everything i had ordered and paid for. Bad customer service

Placed me order and was told it would take 1-2 weeks to ship. Never received my items so contacted them and was told my shipment is delayed and will be another 4-6 weeks. Was also told they have a proof of an email contacting me with the same info which I DO NOT have and which they WOULD NOT send me. This has turned into a scam company and needs to be reported and shut down. I have contacted the BBB online and reported them. I suggest everyone else waiting for orders does the same.

Years ago I used to order from Great Glam for sexy evening wear attire. Shipping was always fast & I always received what I ordered. If I ever needed to send an item back, they wasted no time sending out a replacement or issuing a refund. I haven't ordered from great Glam in about two to three years & decided to change that by placing an order for two items in mid May. Within 24 hours I sent an email requesting to cancel my order & either void or refund my payment as my order had not even gone into processing. I had read the bad reviews AFTER the fact & didn't want to risk it. Sadly it was too late. Or@ least that's what they told me. I got a reply saying my order was being processed (bull$#*!) & that it would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks or on or before 6/6/17.6/6/17 has come & gone & still no confirmation has been sent saying my items had been shipped, nor have I received my items. After sending another email to great Glam, they responded saying my order is STILL being processed & I would have to wait an additional 10days. They also said that although they previously stated 2 to 3 weeks or on or before 6/6/17, that sometimes it takes longer. They then stated that I could cancel my order (but when I originally requested to cancel my order within 24 hrs of placing it, I was told it couldn't be done), & receive a gift certificate to get something else. Why, so I can have the same damn issue again. I'm just going to call my bank & have them go after great Glam for my refund & also report them to the BBB or someone who can force them to take their site down.

I used to order from this company all the time, first time I tried to order in over a year and it is a nightmare. Ordered an outfit, was informed weeks later I would not be getting it, got a gift certificate code to use for my trouble. So I picked out a few new items, saw that they are scamming their customers for shipping ($7.99 for the first item, $3.99 for each one after that) so my shipping alone was over $20 on I believe 4 or 5 items. Mind you, they ship them in plastic envelopes, not even boxes. So I took items out of my basket and only ordered 1 of them, waited a few weeks, received ANOTHER email saying the item was not able to be sent giving me yet ANOTHER coupon code. Just tried to use the coupon code to order 1 replacement item and it states that it is not a valid coupon code. It seems as though they are waiting for me to give up and let them keep my money without ever sending me an item. The absolute worst company and worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Do not throw your money away. Plus, everything is now labeled "this is a special order item and takes an extra 2-3 weeks processing and delivery time".

Greatglam used to be my go-to site when it came to clothes. Everything has changed recently. It takes way longer to get my purchases plus the shipping fees are sometimes the same price as my total purchase or sometimes more!

I agree Great Glam used to be great now they suck. They take weeks to deliver or they don't at all. It wasn't like that in the beginning and I will never order from them again
