I ordered from them 3 times and (paid for each one) the first one I ordered a blanket and a pillow for my great granddaughter and great grandson. He got the blanket she got the pillow. Tried for months to have it fixed I did a claim they did nothing about it. So I ordered a blanket for her and a pillow for him. He got the pillow she got nothing did another claim and the only thing that came up yet again do a claim did, nothing again. I called every number they had and the only thing you get is file a claim. Will I got pissed to say the least because this is what she got. I also sent it to them now they are telling me it was for April and cannot return my money or do anything about it. They will not accept my pictures of what she got. But if I can ever get it public on here I will do so. Her blanket came as a plain white blanket with Love gramma on it. If you go to great granddaughter blankets and pillows in pink letters you will see what it is suppose to be. She thought she was getting something special like her brother did. She is only 9 years old and she cried when she opened it yet again and it is wrong. I truly hope this is posted for you all to see, but I have a feeling it won't go anywhere when I post it.
