It has helped me a lot. I'm a student, and I have to attend online classes. My teachers give a lot of assignments to type, so Grammarly is a life saver.
I only use my home computer for personal items like responding to my doctor's office or an email to a friend but it has been outstanding for correcting my spelling and grammar.
A very useful app to make your writing lucid and flawless. One will be able to improve his/her writing skills dramatically by using this app regularly.
They have billed me several times without my permission. Read all comments, and beware. This company sucks and provide mediocre service. I mean, it's excellent for someone in middle school. Honestly, it did not assist me in any way during my college courses.
Customer service doesn't exist with this company. They'll merge your ticket before resolving the issue. I received the same message on every ticket I created within the last two weeks. Bull $#*!
This improved my way of writing and also vocabulary. I also got a good marks for writing a letter to my teacher.
It's outstanding! I always know that my sentences and my spelling is correct. When you are typing in a hurry I always seem to misspell a word or use the wrong word. Grammarly always helps me to use the correct words at the correct time.
I purchased PREMIUM yesterday (26. 8. 2020) Less than 24 hours later my plagiarism function was disabled by the company for "abnormal" use in July and August. I asked for a refund. They refused and pointed me to their "agreement" on their web-site. It's an interesting one-sided document
The spell check is great. If I could grade the grammar portion of your service, I would not need your service. I have no idea of the accuracy. Negative aspect is the few times it attempts to replace key words, such as, wanting to replace put with but. Otherwise, I have no problem using the program.
Grammarly is mediocre. Most of the features can only be accessed via the premium subscription, which was disappointing. They advertise that it's free, but they only display the premium features, which is misleading.
Something that pissed me off a bit was that with the 'closing punctuation' feature, if I pause to think of what to write, I get an alert that there's no closing punctuation. Just get Microsoft Office, for students and teachers it's free. The editing tool is much better than Grammarly's. Overall I think it was okay, but absolutely not worth your cash.
Grammarly is absolutely wonderful! I'm a freshman in college I quit school at 16 years old so I never went through the writing phase and all that I didn't make really good grades at all I never really tried. I'm 42 now going back to school and we have to write To measure up to certain standards. Grammarly absolutely helps me with everything correct me when I'm wrong highlights what needS to Be corrected so when I'm done I have a perfect paper with no mistakes and that's just that regular version I can't begin to think if I paid extra little bit of money what the premium would give me it would be awesome I'm saving for that it's not even expensive but I'm just in a real tight budget right now but I will be getting that you'll see in the premium version thank you, try it out!
For the short time I have used Grammarly, it is fantastic. I used it across many platforms which makes it handy.
It quickly grasps not only mistakes but other grammar and style faults too. I found many occasions I write two words that is actually one word. The only missing point is the capitalization of the first letter of a sentence.
It is vvery educatioal as well ive made to mistakes on this. My spelling has never
Been good and my wife is worse than me
I have free grammarly but I wanted some extra help on my paper first class, it gave me three options one at $29 one at $59 and one at 11:95. The Lebanon all of them said monthly annually or yearly the 1195 was monthly and on the bottom it said yearly. Knowing that I only had so much money I pick the 1195 within two seconds I get a message saying you paid $149. That worked at my account and screw thing up. My cat had kittens but because my money was all tied up waiting for Grammarly to send it back to me three of the kittens died and I could not take him to the hospital I'm so upset with Grammarly I'm telling everybody do not pay for anything just use the free service that they give they will screw you over.
This company is a fraud. They charged 1 year subscription renewal without notice. This is the worst practice ever. I never authorized the subscription I sign for 1 year without renewal.
No customer support, they don't answer messages.
Give my money back scammers!
Do NOT BUY THIS. The service is NOT what they say. They do not have refund policy. This is a really BAD SERVICE.
I used grammarly for a while, and then I thought it was good until I had a class from a grammar teacher. I wrote the correct answer, and Grammarly said it was wrong. I don't think I can trust Grammarly anymore. Also, when I press ignore the comment comes back again! Worst extension ever. Do not buy. Also, how many times have you heard "get Grammarly?". I tried to disable but it came back. Grammarly is terrible.
If there is nobody to edit/proofread your texts, Gramarly will become a helping hand. They easily find my writing mistakes. Good service but not the best.
Grammarly is utter garbage. It's touted as a software for 'writers' - it is actually a software to teach people how 'not to write'. You see that sentence I just wrote? Grammarly would find fault with it, telling me that it was 'difficult to read'. Yes, it is indeed difficult to read - if you assume that the human race all have the average intellectual power and reading capabilities of a $#*!ed chimpanzee! If you listen to Grammarly's suggestions, you will lose all sophistication in your writing, and sound as if you were writing for kindergarten children - or those said chimpanzees.
There's no need to underestimate the human race - remember that in $#*!ens' time, even the man on the street could understand and appreciate his works. $#*!ens, Thackeray - take any or all of the great writers, the MASTERS of the English language - and Grammarly would find fault with almost every sentence they wrote.
Grammarly should stop putting their silly, stupid advertisements up all over the net. If any of them survive into the future, archaeologists will use them as evidence that humanity in this age, and taken as a whole, were almost illiterate - and perhaps even regressing in terms of evolution back to the chimpanzees I mentioned earlier.
And that was a message written without the aid of Grammarly.
Answer: I agree with everyone else. I have been using grammarly for almost 2 years and I never had a problem with viruses or anything. It is a good product and well worth the investment.
Answer: Only for premium but everything else is free It's great!

Answer: Make sure you have set it to your language, as the default is American English, and you may need to change it. If you don't need to, remember that you could have failed for other reasons (not enough information, too much information, using Grammarly as a tool that will get everything right etc.).
Answer: There is a limit, but I find that only a minor inconvenience. If the document goes over the size limit, just cut and paste the document by halves or thirds and run Grammarly checks on each part.
Answer: linguisoft.com - Gtrammarian PRO is a good one.
Answer: Hi, Aleksandra! We can't expect Grammarly to work effectively with song lyrics because grammar rules are often ignored altogether to add aesthetic elements to them. If you have any other questions, please contact us directly at http://gram.ly/3zJAHbw.
