If I could give zero stars, it would be zero. This place is a complete scam. I placed my order for an essay. I requested 12 hour turnaround. As soon as I got an elusive message in their "instant messaging" service that said,

As we need to double check some details with you over the phone please tell us when it is convenient for you to receive a call or get back to us as soon as possible, otherwise, your order will be set ON HOLD

Had I not seen it or been notified otherwise, I would have missed the deadline leaving them to keep my money without providing service. Once I did see it I called them. I was transferred around & until I was connected with their customer service shift lead to "verify my billing information", even though I used PayPal. No need to verify billing information as it is directly paid via PayPal. When I questioned why she need to verify, I was told, "In case your information was stolen." There is no reason to verify payment information that has been already provided. I questioned her intentions & then she backed up to say that she was confused, the information didn't match. I told her to issue my refund immediately, she told me she couldn't. Luckily I used PayPal and have reported them. This is a scam and they were trying to garner personal information from me, in addition to attempting to take my money without providing product. Their customer service department is uneducated & combative. This speaks volumes to me about the kind of product I would have (or not as it would have been) received.

Honestly just save your money. They will waste both your time and your money. I do not recommend any one to use at all.

I had the misfortune of choosing this service to help ease my writing load one week where I had several exams to juggle. The price seemed very high to me, but I knew that I had limited time to work with and so I went with it. There are so many things that went wrong with my order that I do not know where to begin. First, I received my paper 5 hours after the time I specified I wanted the paper. Mind you, I paid extra money to have the paper finished within a timely fashion. I wouldn't have minded too much if the paper I got was anything other than an abomination. I am convinced the person who wrote my paper was foreign to the English language. The paper was RIDDLED with grammatical errors, misused words, and nonsensical situations. None of the citations listed were actually accurate. I was incredibly thorough and clear with the instructions I provided and they were simply not followed. The writer had the audacity to name one of the characters in my paper "John Snow". Yes, they named a character John Snow for a college level paper. But forget college, that paper would have received a failing grade in a 4th grade classroom. I wish I were exaggerating how bad it was but it included phrases like:
"JEFFERY
(Continuously proficient about the theater – he appears off a piece)
That is melodic, right?
ANNABELLE
An extraordinary melodic – it ran in New York for a very long time!"

Does any of that make sense to anyone reading this? No, and it sure as hell wouldn't make any sense to the professor grading this if I had turned this garbage in. When I brought my grievances to the company, they offered to return only twenty eight dollars, out of the one hundred and 50 that I paid for that sad excuse of a paper. Yes, I paid 150 bucks to end up having to write the paper myself because the service this embarrassing company provided was nothing more than a joke.

If you value your time, your money, and your dang sanity, stay away from this company.
