What an outstanding gift box for Mother's Day purchased from Gourmet Gift Baskets! The box was filled with delicious baked goodies that our daughter and her children enjoyed for the holiday and many more days. I ordered 2 baskets for my daughters birthday. My daughter said the wine and cheese basket was like a little date in a basket. The champagne and truffle basket was decadent. Both baskets arrived within hours of each other on the day I had requested. The tracking information they send you is awesome. I would definitely use them again

Fathers Day gift tower

Due to Covid-19 and being told to stay home, I decided to order Easter treats for grandkids in California, Arizona and Ohio. We spend almost $300.00 on items from Gourmet Gift Baskets. Unfortunately when the youngest grand child (5 y/o) received her Easter basket the head of the bunny was detached. I just spoke with Customer Service rep. To request a replacement and she said that they have no stuffed animals in stock to send a replacement and offered me $15.00 refund. I feel like this is unacceptable. She did offer a $30.00 store credit but they are out of stock for most items and this does not even cover shipping. I would hope they would want to make this right and send something fix the issue and retain a customer. So sad!

Our son moved south and we couldn't be with him for his birthday. He really enjoyed the beers and snacks, which featured one of his New England favorites. Excellent packaging, customer service and quick delivery! Highly recommend!

When I originally ordered, even though status showed delivered, my husband never received the gift basket in time for Valentine's Day. The original basked I received as a gift had moldy oranges and stale crackers. The snack boxes were 2 -3 times as large as the contents inside. I was then sent a replacement basket. This basket contained no fruit but was of even poorer value - a cardboard prop occupied half the basket and snack boxes were set on top of it so that the basket looked far larger than it was. Again, almost every box was sized two or three times as large as the snack inside. In addition, these are not "baskets," but rather cheap cardboard containers. If gift givers knew what these actually looked like, they would be terribly disappointed. I was angry that my family member had spent any money at all on this.

I wanted to send something a little special and different than typical gift baskets, and so I sent one of the chocolate variety baskets. The recipient (my sister) was thrilled, and I think it made her feel very special. I'm also guessing that her daughters and husband were pleased too!

I sent this to my son and his wife as a surprise and they loved it. Delicious cookies and they said it made their day. I'm never disappointed when I order from Gourmet Gift Baskets. Everything is just as advertised and ordering was easy.
