Mostly empty boxes, not much food. For $200 I was expecting something worthwhile, not boxes that are 1/4th filled with snacks. Very disappointing and an embarrassment to have this gift basket be received by my family as a present. Never again will I purchase from this company.

We were charged for this order but never received it. When I called customer service the lady who helped me was rude and basically tried to make it all our fault. Gosh forbid the company take any blame. Will never use again.

I gave a 3 week notice for a birthday gift, and even an extra 2 day cushion... Still has not arrived... I will have to purchase another gift ELSEWHERE... Kinda defeated the purpose of planning ahead...
They were happy enough to charge my credit card promptly.
I emailed to complain, but no response!

Disaster

My mothers day basket did not arrive in time even though I paid extra to guarantee it. We took the time to find something we knew our mother and grandmother would enjoy. Now there was nothing. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

A-Hole Company

I received an email that someone was sending me a birthday gift basket arriving on a date I was not available. I called the company and asked to redirect the basket to a place where an event was being held. They took the address. I said this place doesn't have a refrigerator, could they let me know if the basket needed cold storage. While they could not divulge the particular basket, they said it didn't need to be kept cold. Then the basket arrived on the day I was not available and on the side was a caution about perishable items. I received the BOUNTIFUL HARVEST - FRUIT GIFT BASKET. Not helpful they ignored my request and really not helpful they sent cold storage items when they said the opposite. What was inside? A bounty of processed foods wrapped in cellophane. For $139. Also four apples, two pears and two oranges. The mountain of fake hay, the large basket, the cardboard, ribbon, and aforementioned cellophane done to make the 11 foods and small pile of fruits look larger. If this company were trying to say, "We don't believe in global warming." They nailed it. And the boxed food items were dented. If you really want to gift someone food items, get them a gift card to their favorite grocers for the same price and let them shop. This is an environmental and monetary waste. Photos show the "bountiful harvest" without the fruit and all the b.s. Wrapping to make it look bigger which is in its own photo as a big annoying chore. To add insult to... they added my email to their subscriber list.

WORST EXPERIENCE
April 19, 2022

Paid extra in order to insure receipt of a gift. Not only did they fair to meet that date, but Customer Service was difficult to contact & then indifferent to my plight. Very disappointed. Will be challenging any charges to my credit card.

My dear friend from North Carolina, kindly ordered a huge gift basket on June 23,2023, to be delivered to me in Canada, prior to her visit.
The basket was to arrive in time to coincide with the arrival of my guests, including herself...
Unfortunately, the gift basket must have been held up at Customs and was only just delivered yesterday, July 18, long after my guests had departed.
I felt so disappointed for my friend, she checked on the shipment several times while visiting, only to be told it should arrive any day. She never got to see what she had sent and it must have been a very expensive basket, judging from it's contents.
Perhaps, for future orders you should advise customers not to ship food items across the border, or check which items would cause delays (such as cheese & meat)...which, by the way, there was cheese & a sausage in my basket and as it sat for almost one (1) month out of refrigeration, I wonder are they safe to eat?
I had also been checking on the delivery prior to her arrival, and unfortunately fell for a scam relating to the shipment, I received a scam email, just after notification of the gift, telling me I needed to pay $1.95 for the customs charge... which I agreed to pay, thinking this would expediate delivery, except that I was actually charged $31.08... this charge is now in dispute with my bank, I had to cancel my credit card.
All in all... not a good experience for my friend or me.

Warm cheese and sub-par fruit

Very disappointed in the quality of the gift box I ordered for a client. The item was delivered directly to them and the cheese was overly warm and inedible, the fruit was sub-par, but they said the crackers were ok. I spoke with customer service and told them about the issue, fully expecting they would resend the package... nothing, nada, zip, and no further contact from the company. Next time I'm ordering thru Costco.

Don't waste your money here, they don't care about their quality or they would have made this right. I ordered this on 9/1/22, and waited until 10/19/22 to post this, I gave them plenty of time to resend the order.

Deceptive picture
December 9, 2022

Picture clearly shows 15 pieces of fruit, but only 8 were delivered. It is illegal to show a picture of something that is not included unless a disclaimer is noted. Their customer service could not be more unhelpful and rude. Unless you would like similar treatment, beware of this awful company.

Unprofessional

Very disappointed with delivery from Gourmet gift basket that left a box of chocolate strawberries outside the front door on the heat exposed to animals. The chocolate melted falling apart and the strawberries was wet.

No customer satisfaction

I ordered a basket to be delivered overnight and paid quite a bit extra for the service. There were some weather conditions but the tracking showed at the local airport at 6:23am so there should have been plenty of time for delivery. Then there is a note that there was a mechanical problem and the delivery would be delayed by one day. The shipment guarantee says only weather conditions would void the guarantee. When I contacted them, the said since there was mention of a weather issue they would not honor the guarantee. Buyer beware!

Horrible service

Whoever says that t his company is good is disconnected. I ordered a gift basket six days ago and paid for an overnight delivery. It still has not been delivered. I can't get through to customer service and cannot connect to live chat. I have tried everyday since the day after it wasn't deliver... 4 days straight now.

After 2 weeks my basket was delivered finally first customer service girl was miserable. Set however went above and beyond his service! Kind, helpful, and very understanding to my situation. The best customers service person I have ever talked too and you have the person of the year in my eyes!

Late Delivery
December 28, 2022

I ordered this for family to enjoy over the holiday weekend, since one of them is sick. I paid extra for two-day shipping for it to be there on a Friday. It was not delivered until the next Tuesday. It is now Thursday, and Customer Service never answered my email asking for a refund on shipping. Only going to give two stars because it did provide my family with snacks.

I bought this as a Christmas gift. The recipients loved the products. Even better is customer service who went above and beyond when I messed up on the address and fedex compounded the problem by "disposing" of gift without contacting anyone. Perfect gift for my roofer and his crew!

This packaging is super cute and ideal for anyone working on homes (real estate sales, repairs, home insurance, etc.) I sent two - one to our roofing company, and one to our insurance agent. Both groups LOVED them and also said the cookies were great!
