Well, that didn't happen. After a week I called and somehow my order got lost in the warehouse. They then shipped promptly, and for free, so they did their best to recover.

Bulbs took quite a while to get here (nearly 3 weeks), but fortunately I was in no rush. The 5 star product rating is provisional, haven't actually installed one yet but they look just like the originals!

Happy to see there was no minimum dollar order amount. $9.00 shipping seems a bit excessive, product could be mailed for <$2
Received error message when clicking "confirm order". Had to reset and click again. Worked the second time, receiving order confirmation page.

Very user friendly website. Don't know why "First time customer" promo code of $5 was not applied at checkout but nevertheless, the on-line ordering process was world class. Will definitely use again.

Looks good so far, items ordered are for my church, we will see after they arrive.

Update: Received on Nov 27 and installed on Nov 30 exactly what I needed to replace 30 year old emergency lighting in our sanctuary that had failed.

Great experience however feel the product description could have been a bit more detailed. Fortunately, I did select the right lighting to match my existing high hats. Everything delivered was as hoped and worked. Thank you.

Website navigation needs a lot of work. Sales will dramatically increase the more user friendly your website is. Anthony Robins says that innovation and marketing drive all business! Especially if you have good products at good prices. Get on it!
