My mom bought tickets for my daughters as a christmas present and the tickets were OUTRAGEOUS! I called them to see what could be done, change seats or something. They could not and did not offer to make the situation better. I asked if we could change to the seats right in front of us and NOPE! We go to several concerts and I will NEVER nor my Mom ever buy tickets from good seats again!

I wasn't able to review my order after typing in my PayPal account. It was automatically charge and was just not 100%
I started calling about my tickets back on September 18,2019 because I did not get an confirmation email as promised. Finally I went to paypal found where I purchased my tickets for $475.00 and contacted Good Seat Tickets. They told me that nothing was sent but I should get a confirmation in October 2019. I contacted them on October 1,2019 and they said you will get a email on how to get your tickets on October 2,2019. On that date I looked in my inboxsssss and nothing on my tickets. The game was the up coming Sunday. I called the next day because I didn't get an email and was promised an email, nothing. I live in another state so by Friday I started canceling my hotel reservations. Sit Saturday no email, by now I'm mad and stressed. I contacted Good Seat was told that a form was put in for me to receive a refund and that someone would call me and I haven't heard a thing from them. I wasn't told how I could get my tickets or anything. I lost 475.00 to this company. I will never purchase from them again. Client of Order# *******
