Ok customer service. Didnt realize I had to pay $15 for delivery when I have to come to the actual venue and find yall to receive my tickets. When paperless was chosen at checkout I thought this meant they wld be emailed to me.
Its easier here i had a hard time at stuhub. Well its money saving n a great experience with my sister n friends

I paid an enormous price, including the outrageous fees, for four good seats. I received confirmation of receipt, but did not receive the tickets. Just 3 weeks before the show, I finally got a call from this company saying they had just received the order! Of course the seats I purchased were not available at this late date and I had to settle for seats in the balcony. There was some compensation, but not more than those balcony seats were worth to begin with. I have never had worse service from a ticket company. Lesson learned!
