As a senior citizen who has just moved to San Jose, CA to work as a House Director at Delta Gamma (where they have installed your 'keyless system') I was OVERCOME (as ALL seniors ARE with technology!) with the complexity of trying to understand how it works. Jonathan came to my rescue! He used language I could understand and VERY PATIENTLY walked me through the steps needed to prepare the locks for the holiday house closures! He was a real 'prince'!

Patrick took the eighty year old though the maze of purchasing a lock for the his church. Some web sites send me into a frenzy. Couldn't ask for better service.
Matt and Jonathan helped me download the software, input the key fob information and make sure the lock was working. We had several problems trying to get everything to work and they helped walk me through each step. They were very thorough in explaining to me every step. Amazing Tech support!
Steve Caldwell with GoKeyless was very helpful when I called with questions regarding specific questions I had for a keypad entry exterior gate lock. This is a great company where they answer the phone right away with knowledgeable people to help you. Even after I placed my order I realized the delivery zip code I entered was wrong and Steve emailed me right away that they had notified the shipping company with the correction and followed up again with the arrival date. After a gruelling process of trying to get our church outfitted with keyless locks that have the features we need at a reasonable price, Adam came through to get us what we needed. We already have and would recommend Adam and gokeyless.com.
When I struck out locally to work with a locksmith on a narrow door lock I contacted GoKeyless. Patrick was very helpful and came up with a solution that fit our door. In addition, it was more than $1,000 less than the local bid.
I found a local locksmith to install the system and it works great. I also had some parts that were not needed and I returned them to GoKeyless for a refund.
The service was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. They came up with a solution that worked.
I called the GoKeyless customer service when I made a LARGE mistake and he was able to fix the mistake, help me correct the order, and follow up with me the next day to confirm all the corrections went through correctly!

GoKeyless has a remarkable staff both in Customer Service (Denis) and in Procurement (Yvonne). These 2 people went above and beyond normal service to provide me with a total of 7 locks. The locks are everything we expected. The initial batteries do not last long but that is to be expected of any electronic device that is purchased anywhere. I strongly recommend this company.
As a consumer I dead doing business with online companies. Sometimes the service after the sell sucks. This is not the case with GoKeyless. From my sells representative to Matt who assisted me with tecynical issues, these guys are great.

I purchased a home and sought to obtain a higher quality set of door locks than what I could get at a box store. I worked with Trevor and he far exceeded my expectations. When I began talking about what I needed he instantly had ideas about products that would work for me and even quoted model numbers from memory. The purchase was simple and the price was excellent. I called later to add a few items and again worked with Trevor. So far the hardware has been great. From a residential consumer standpoint, this was easy and convenient and the customer service was great. I definitely recommend Go Keyless!
A gentleman by the name of Ron Dillow took my call. I frantically explained to Ron that I was looking for the Schlage thick door extension kits needed for the handle and deadbolt hardware that currently did not fit my new 2 1/4" front door. I let Ron know that if they had the items in stock - I was willing to pay to have them shipped overnight because I currently was having to nail my door shut! Not only did Ron check their inventory, but when he saw that the inventory only showed a quantity of "1" in stock, he took the initiative to place me on hold and actually walked out to the warehouse to confirm the item was actually there so I could be certain I would receive everything the next day. This level of service was by far superior to the phone call experiences I had earlier the same day with the big box stores whose staff placed me on hold and just left me there.
I ordered 70+ locks with Mike Walker, and he is great to work with. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about locks and the business of selling them. He was always quick to respond to my questions, and helped make my order easy and simple.
I purchased the Trilogy dl 4100 for my business along with the tech package. I am so glad I did! Its a bit intimidating with the paperwork. I worked with Matt in Technical service. He called and we set up an appointed time that we could block out for undivided attention. For the hour or so time we spent, he held my hand the whole way through, including logging into my laptop and taking control, showing me all the features of the lock. We would come to go over a different portion of the lock, and he would stop to review, and let me ask questions. I am not sure what your time is worth, but I would have spent literally hours going through the software and training to get me up to speed. He introduced different ideas, that I never even thought about, that I was able to implement. I feel confident going forward and know I can always call if i have any questions. Thank you Matt!

Our company, Hamilton Pacific Inc., worked with Mike Walker and he and his team at GoKeyless were just amazing. We were doing a demo locker room for Sheraton Resorts and needed 21 locks FAST.
We got them fast, then changes came, we needed a different size bolt package, then Sheraton needed different locker stickers... with all these things, Mike came through with overnight deliveries with a last minute panicked phone call from me at 5am before our job walk-thru. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund.
