Shout out to Matthew in Tech in Support. Here made the process of re-issuing our cards easy. We looked like pros ourselves after he set up the list. Also was helpful in explaining how the software works with the locks. We have had our Trilogy locks for 3 years and they have been awesome!
I searched everywhere for a lock that was sold out in other places, and finally found it here. I should have looked here first-- I ordered 2 other locks for my house a a few months ago. Kenneth (via the chat function) helped me with a few questions that I had about the order process as well as the item- he was great to work with & really seemed to know his stuff. One thing I really like is that I can pay a little (around $13) to get the lock that I just bought rekeyed to use the same key as my previously purchased locks. I love not having 3 different keys-- I just have one. I ended up buying a really nice Schlage handle and lock for my front door- I'm excited because I can lock it via Alexa-- and it will make the kids happy because they'll be able to let themselves in and out with no fear of being locked out. The worst part-- waiting for it to arrive!
Got my new Schlage deadbolt very quickly, and it was super easy to setup! Ron even stayed late to make sure the order was placed for me.

Worse customer service, no knowledge of the product, order status, delivery or anything! Feel lucky if you ever get them on the phone or actually get an answer to your question. Our product is about 20 day behind schedule and they have no excuse or reason for that. They gave me a simple, "sorry about that", never a returned call or email.
THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PROMPT AND FRIENDLY! GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH! TRY THEM YOU WONT REGRET!
Ordered some new electronic locks for our cabinets at work and did not discuss what I needed with a rep, needless to say they were not what I wanted! Spoke with James and he emailed me some options with the features I needed and I had my new locks in within a week! They work perfectly and we are now considering updating some other areas and using Gokeyless for those needs as well!
They had a pretty obscure lock in stock when most places were telling me 8 weeks or more. Good service by Steven for finding me the product code that had recently changed on it.

The sales reps mislead me. I returned my purchase but never received my money back. The people selling the product are very poor in knowledge and don't care that the customer will end up waiting time and effort to attempt to install the wrobgvlock
They screwed up first order which happens but instead of fixing or making it right, they have been dishonest and after almost a month still don't have a correct working lock. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have been involved with.
Would like to thank James and Rebecca for their quick response for needs at our hospital and their excellent customer service. We saved alot of money also by purchasing from GoKeyless compared to another company we use.
We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend.

I found that the Team at GoKeyless provide great pre- and post-sales support. In particular, I worked with Kenneth Blizzard to determine the best lock for my needs and then with Zach Tracey when I found that one of the locks wouldn't fit my 100 year old door and had to be returned. Both individuals were knowledgeable, professional and provided me with the information I needed immediately. The locks are very high quality. The installation took about 30 minutes, and we were able to use them today (day after install) when an employee couldn't get her regular key to work. It was simple.

I ended up using the chat on the website but it was too late so they message me early in the morning.
