Glossier

Glossiers website is very easy to navigate. It is broken into 4 sections: skincare, makeup, body, and fragrance. I have tried their products and they have a big emphasis on highlighting your natural beauty features and maintaining healthy skin. On their website you see models with more stripped down looks and nothing too extravagant. Because of this, they put in a lot of effort into their products and really listen to their customers needs off their blog titled Into the Gloss. The brand has amazing customer service which has actually helped with its success since it is big on customer assistance through their official social media accounts and proudly features their customers photography of their products.
My favorite products consist of their fragrance titled Glossier You, their body lotion called Body Hero and their sunscreen that goes on clear. With the fragrance, it has more musky tones to it and is very gender neutral. Both me and my friends use it and works perfectly for both of our personas. The Body Hero is great because once you apply it, your skin absorbs it and keeps your skin feeling healthy all day. If you are looking for a brand that focuses on elevating your natural look, I would give Glossier a try.

Nearly 4 weeks and no delivery, an invalid tracking number, no response to my emails other than stock reply copy. What a scam. Glossier. Don't believe the hype, there are better cosmetics in market that actually arrive when you pay for them.

I am very frustrated with my current order from Glossier. It has been 2 years that I am ordering with no problems until yesterday I received my order missing one item. I looked for a phone number to call them and couldn't find any! How come a good company doesn't have a phone number? The only way to contact is through email and I am wondering about the reviews regarding the good customer service. I wrote to them and so far no answers. Christmas is in less than a week and my gift to my daughter won't be ready. I am very disappointed with this company and based on how they will handle this I might not order anymore.
