Scam

I found their link through Instagram. They are a scam, my fault for not checking! It's almost been a month and I have not received any information about when I would get my product.

Where do I begin? It took almost 2 months for my puzzle to get delivered, it isn't even the picture I chose, I have NO IDEA how they got the pictures they did use, it came in the flimsiest plastic Tupperware container it seems the could find, no box with the picture on it to guide, should I continue? What an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Customer service was poor, lead time was awful, but the product did eventually arrive and the quality was good. The image on the blanket looked really good. The printing looked less durable, but time will tell.

My daughter ordered a blanket for my wife (her stepmom) for Mother's Day 2020. The order was placed on 5/3/2020. On 5/6 the order was supposedly sent to the carrier. When tracking, the carrier (USPS) says "Label Created, not yet in system." I Emailed their customer service on 5/22 with my concerns. They replied on 5/26 telling me that it shipped on 5/7 but then they also said that "this tracking number seems to be wrong" and asked me to "please be patient" and "wait for the answer." I replied back again that same day, 5/26, and they replied on 5/29 that they "will reply as soon as we receive the reply" from their logistics staff. I emailed again on 6/2 and again on 6/3 and did not receive any replies until finally receiving another one - after leaving this and other similar reviews - that it had shipped. It arrived on 6/9/20.

I have been waiting 4 weeks for my order for fathers day so the kids can give their Dad a photo blanket and photo pillow of our beloved dog who passed. I thought that this was an Australian company given the name expecting quality and fast delivery as I paid the extra, it turns out the product is made in China and has been sitting in Sydney only 2 hours away for over a week. I am nervous to receive the items if I do at all due to these legit reviews unlike the site. Shouldnt there be some law against this? 0 star if I could - I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE

Reach out to your Credit Card or bank company for a chargeback on any orders with this company. Do not trust their emails, you will never get a refund from them

Worst company ever!

This company is a total scam! I bought a puzzle 8 months ago and it never came! When I spoke with someone, they said that the puzzle had been done wrong and they had to redo it. Then they said they shipped it 4 weeks after I purchased it and it never came! Then I told them that they could ship it to my house and they told me it would cost me another $10 for shipping. So I'm in $40 and have received nothing! I told them to refund my card and they said they could not do that because it has been too long. They sent PayPal bill for the $9.95 shipping and it said that the company was Soulful Jewelry. When I asked about that, they said they are affiliated with Soulful Jewelry. TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a puzzle for my wife for Mothers Day. There was a "count down" timer on the website showing when puzzles need to be ordered to make it in time for Mothers Day. IT WAS NOT EVEN STARTED UNTIL A WEEK AFTER MOTHERS DAY. It has been over a month and even with expedited shipping and their "VIP Service", I still do not have it. Read reviews other than what the company posts. They obviously filter out the bad ones.

SCAM

They literally made the dog on the blanket, names OREO, YELLOW instead of black and white like...? Then the person on the email told me I'm not allowed to get a refund for this dog that recently passed away because it was my fault for submitting a photo with chromatic issues. The photo that I used clearly shows she is black and white. If your artists have that little of a brain you should fire them. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

DO NOT ORDER!

I was really excited to receive this order and was planning on giving these two blankets as Christmas gifts. When I received it, I quickly opened the package. I was incredibly disappointed to see that the blankets were not as detailed as the photos I sent and it looked like the images on the blankets were blurred which was not how it appeared on the website when browsing through the products. One of the blankets has a photo of one of my dogs and his eyes look messed up and not like the photo I sent at all. The other blanket is for my sister who recently lost her dog. I am embarrassed to give these blankets as gifts. This is not how I imagined the blankets to turn out. In fact, I am looking at some place else to order these blankets again because I was unhappy with the results from this company. The website is misleading. A tennis ball was supposed to be on one of the blankets as well when I customized it and was missing when it arrived. My dog doesn't look like the picture I sent at all. His eyes are messed up. On both blankets, the eyes are super squiggly. I was incredibly disappointed at the customer service and the fact that they "did not find any quality problems and cannot provide refunds" when on their website, it states they accept returns, cancellations, etc. I wish I did more research before ordering from this company because after ordering, a lot of the feedback from other customers included negative comments, poor customer service, a scam, etc. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! That was my first and last mistake.

Do not order from this company it is a scam I ordered a blanket may 8 and may 14 2020 still says it's in transit in Inglewood California they emailed me back saying give it a few days to update signed Sara with no last name they have no contact number or address I called my credit card company and the phone number listed on the Records's is a CELL PHONE the guy answered said he isn't a business and that he is in California I am disputing my card charges of almost 70 dollars I am reporting them to better business bureau and the federal trade commission and even on their Instagram listed under their email is a *******@soulfree.com IT IS A SCAM and I'm also reporting them accepting my personal photos of my deceased grandmother because the blanket was for a gift for my mother that has not arrived

First off, I usually don't write reviews, but I am doing this in hopes that others heed my warning and stay away from this company.

I placed this order in mid-April for Mother's Day (500 piece puzzle). My two boys spent their own money to purchase it. Even though the website clearly states "Processing time: 6-8 business days, Shipping time: 5-9 business days," I ordered it with the understanding that because of Covid, and coming from Asia, it might not arrive on time.

Well, it arrived yesterday, almost 2 months after purchase. What I got left me speechless. The puzzle was in a clear plastic container that looks like it was purchased at Target, even though the website clearly shows a box with a picture of the puzzle on it (see pics). I was so upset at how disappointed the boys were in seeing the puzzle that they had waited sooooo long to give their mom.

Furthermore, be aware that the puzzle only has like 2 shapes. WTF? I was noticing this when I took apart the puzzle (yes, it came connected... I had to actually sit there and remove each piece. Good grief).

I know how easy it is for online businesses to rip people off. That's why I'm making it a point to share this story with others.

Please, please stay away from this company.

Seriously. I cannot believe they have not gone out of business.

This company is awful, Placed an order and after 4 weeks of not even processing the order, we followed up. Actually got ahold of someone that said "oh its going to be rushed out the door" 10+ weeks later, the order is still not shipped and no one is responding to emails or even their chat bot! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, It is a SCAM!

STAY AWAY

I ordered 4 different photo puzzles & for one it took me forever 2 get them. I kept getting updates in my email. I also figured that with the COVID-19 it put things behind. No big deal... PLEASE, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THUS COMPANY. I finally received all 4 photo puzzles in broken plastic containers & they were of the same picture when I sent in 4 different pictures.
