Order may 1 and today its may 21 it has been 21 days and I haven't received anything every time I contacted them they said they can't refund my money once they shipped my order they can't tell me where my order is or anything other than corona virus its taking longer really all my orders from different companies have been deliver on time except for this company. I'm very disappointed and I won't ever order from here ever again.
They don't deserve a star in the first place. Horrible customer service, won't refund your money after have multiple issues. Its an extremely long story but point is. Do NOT order from this company. Its a huge scam!
Worst $#*!ing thing I've ever wasted money on. It looks like total $#*! and I can't afford to pay another $100 for my nieces and nephews Christmas presents. I should have known better than to trust anything coming out of China. $#*! those people!
Placed an order in April for what was advertised as a Mother's Day present. To date, have not received the item. Have inquired 10 separate times to their gmail customer service and keep getting the same response about delays in shipping and to be patient. Their emails either contain broken hyperlinks to nothing at all or the same bogus USPS tracking number that states the Post Office is waiting for this company to ship them the item. Nothing in this world takes approximately 2 months to ship after it was made as I receive numerous international items in substantially less time. I have asked twice for my money back and received no response on that. The problem with these sites is one can't go to the Better Business Bureau to have them flag or intervene as they list no U.S. address. Your best bet is to pick a site with operations in U.S., Europe, or other parts of the Americas.
On 4/15 well into lock down we ordered puzzles which we were told would come in approx 2 week. We waited months! I reached out and kept getting the run around. When they finally arrived there was no image and they were damaged. Suddenly they answer emails when I'm fighting payment. I no longer need the product, I needed it when I had a houseful of stressed people. I would NEVER order from them. There are plenty of honest businesses that would own their mistake
It really was surprisingly good! Perfect actually! The fabric, colors and the photo were in perfect alignment! Left my hand there to see how big the size is!
I ordered a pet photo blanket for my niece whose dog passed away. Ordered it on June 25th and she received it in the mail on July 26th. I chose expedited shipment method for 5-9 business days. In the confirmation email after purchasing, it did say it would take 10 to 20 business days to produce the item. So they are not scamming you. It just takes time 10 to 20 days to make the item. Then it takes in my case 5 to 9 business days to ship AFTER the 20 business days to make it. I've read reviews after I purchased and got scared from all these people saying they're a scam. All the reviews scared the crap out of me, but Thankfully I got my item. You're going to get your item. You just need to read the emails they send and it's right there. They never promised me I'd get it in 5 days. Even if you get expedited or over night shipment, it literally says it takes 10 to 20 days for production so you need to count those days in addition to the shipment days according to the shipment method you chose.
Ordered a customized puzzle at the end of April. Never received confirmation email or shipping/tracking details. It is now mid June. Finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Customer service says the item was shipped, with a current tracking in NY as on 6/14, just a few days after I contacted them again. They will not refund completely because it was a custom item. I told them this was a purchase from my daughter as a Mother's Day Gift and when it never was confirmed or arrived, she purchased something else. I believe they never shipped it until they heard from me and then shipped it out, which is why it is currently tracked in NY on it's way from NC. Don't waste your money!
I ordered a blanket 4 weeks ago. I have attempted to track it because I paid extra for shipping.
They gave me a fake tracking number that can't be tracked. Customer service will not respond to any of my questions.
I have been waiting 40 days for a customized puzzle from the time it left the production facility. According to their tracking information, it has been sitting in the same location in China for the past 35 days, with no activity at all. And, this is after I paid an additional fee for VIP speedy processing and shipping. I have contacted them 5 times to request a refund and every time their reply is the same: be patient - they can't give me a refund. It appears that I will never see either my puzzle or my money again. Since they are based in China, I have little legal recourse to recover my purchase price and VIP expediting fee. I definitely do NOT recommend this company.
This was a terrible experience from the beginning. The product was supposed to be here before Christmas and it is Feb and I still don't have it. Customer service provides no value or real support. They also will not refund me so I have no product and I'm out $100.

Stay far away from this business, they cannot copy your photo to a blanket with totally screwing it up. The finished product is distorted and frankly laughable. I ordered 2 blankets for my Grand kids as a Christmas gift, they made my Granddaughters look like ghouls, and they used the wrong photo for my Grandson. Beside that... the product was deliver January 15th. This is a terrible business, they do lousy work, they do not ship on time, communication is poor, they refuse to accept responsibility for their crummy product, and the completed product is garbage. Don't waste your hard earned money with this rip-off business.
I ordered my photo puzzle 2 months ago and was charged right away, of course. I still have not received it! I've emailed the company over a dozen times and they keep sending me a robotic response asking me to wait another week! Finally, I asked for a refund and now they only want to refund me $5 of the $40+ dollars I spent! Fraud! Don't waste your time or money on this awful company!
I spent over $60 dollars on a blanket and expedited shipping. For the last week and a half when checking the shipment status it is sitting in Inglewood, CA. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever get, it and if it'll even be good quality if it does arrive. F this company...
This website is likely a scam. It has been 48 days since my credit card was charged for a purchase and I still have not received anything. I believe the company is in China and even though I paid for expedited shipping 48 days later still no product. They keep telling me to wait. Every message is wait. Maybe they think I will forget. Do yourself a favor and avoid this merchant altogether.
I ordered a custom puzzle for my best friend's birthday on April 19. It is now May 30 (41 days later) and I still haven't received the puzzle. Clearly it's past my friend's birthday and I had to buy her something else, so I wasted $40 on this present I can't give her. What's worse, the customer service is horrible. I'm emailing with a company rep who answers me every 3-4 days who is evading giving me any straight answer. I've been clear I want a refund and their response continues to be "can you just wait a few more days for it to come?"
At this point, I've filed a claim with my bank to get my money returned to me because I doubt the product is ever going to get delivered and I can guarantee customer service will continue to be pointless.
I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Run far, far away.
I bought this puzzle a month ago and still haven't seen it every time I ask where it is they tell me to be patient the corona virus is slowing everything down. No it's not! I work in the delivery service and it's not slowed down. Everywhere has hired a ton of additional people for this reason. I paid for the one day shipping and my package has been stuck in California for almost 2 weeks now
Stole my money. 3 Months no puzzle. Can't give zero stars. This is a scam. I believe they are based in China, at least that's what the shipment tracker shows. They asked for my address twice. There is a reason their address is no where to be found.
This company is a total rip-off. I paid for a custom puzzle, priority processing and 2 day shipping. 14 days later I can't get anything from them but an email stating the processing can take up to 6 days. I can't tell you if the product is crap, because I am pretty sure I will never receive it. I am in the process of trying to getting my money back through PayPal, but not sure if they will give it back.

They make out it is an Australian website, and give you an option for express postage, which I stupidly paid for. Estimating that I would receive my pillow in 2-5 days after the estimated 2-5 days for manufacturer.
I'm Still waiting. I had someone give me a tracking number, which showed me my pillow was sitting in a warehouse in China, not moving for days.
It's apparently finally in Australia, but no Australian tracking number provided.
I would give them zero stars but it doesn't have that option.
